Super 8 Pueblo CO

This hotel is well priced and clean. I accidentally went into the Roadway Inn next door and thought "oh crap what did I do!" But then when I went into the Super 8 I was pleasantly surprised. The ice machine was far away but the room was clean and the staff was helpful. I will stay here on my next trip to Pueblo!

Close to the interstate. Older but clean. Friendly staff.

The staff were nice and friendly and no time at all to get checked in. Rooms clean.

The check in night staff was great, super friendly. This hotel is smoker friendly and even in the non smoking rooms you have that third hand smoke smell. Not pleasent. The morning staff left something to be desired and acted annoyed when my kids weren't finished eating their at exactly 9am on the dot. Breakfast leaves something to be desired, but it's free. Pool is very nice. We wouldn't stay there again mostly for the smoking issue but it was a decent budget hotel.

Ok hotel...needs updating..comfortable bed...Easy highway access

I was in Pueblo, Colorado for a church conference and for the location it is not that bad. Its close to some food restraunts not too far from River Walk. The staff there were was very friendly, polite and helped with as much as they can. The room 220 is a nice room, just right at the end of the second floor, exits right off to the pool area. They do have laundry room. Also breakfast is from 5am to 9am - nothing special - but hey its always great to eat something in the morning. I booked last minute like literally the night before and I got a great deal for how late I was in booking. It was abot $230 for 3 nights. If your not a picky type of person then you'll like this place -as long as its cleaned everyday and their is A/C then this is the place

Upon arrival I was treated with a complete lack of courtesy and was told there would be a 10.00 +tax pet fee....not even mentioned by Or----, who I booked through, I elected not to accept the new price but the clerk at the front desk was rude, discourteous, disrespectful and nothing but profanity flowed from her mouth and refused to refund my money, even followed me out the door calling me a cheapskate!!!

Super 8 is not a fancy hotel but everyone was very nice the rooms were very clean and we had a king bed and a chair with a foot stool that is very important to us. Rooms also had fridges that was a plus. We were close to shopping and dining staff was very kind when we ask what there was to do around pubelo. I will stay there everytime I go through Pueblo Co

Overall a typical night stay you would expect at a Super 8. What crossed me wrong was the shower did not work. That got me thinking about the cleanliness of the room as if house keeping cleaned the restroom they would have know about the shower issue. Also did not like the fact the house keeping begins knocking on doors at 8am unless you have the do not disturb tag on the door even though checkout is not till much later.

The location is superb. Surrounded by such variety of dining, shopping, etc. But our Grandkids Love Love that in between all the running and fun, they get to live in the VERY WELL KEPT indoor pool and hottub. Good, quiet place to stay while we see our kids. The staff is a bit abrasive. Not down right mean or anything, but lack that "we wouldnt have a job if you didnt stay here" personality. I went to the desk on numerous occasions, and only 2 of the 5 times was someone there to greet. No bell, my hollering did nothing, just had to wait til later and try again. No greeting of "Hi, welcome..." Just a "You have a reservation, whats your name,. here is your key, dont put it near your CC's or cell phones" No your room is this way or that, welcome to our hotel, Thanks for being here, etc. Weird, but the rest was great.

We were displaced due to some home plumbing problems. Super 8 was close to our home and provided us with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool! I liked that it was pet-friendly.

We were in Pueblo to show animals at the Colorado State Fair. My husband received a phone call around 9 p.m. from the hotel wanting to know if I was going to be using the rooms. They were going to cancel my reservation if I didn't get in touch with them right away. I had prepaid by credit card 6 weeks ago. I had tried to check in earlier in the day but they said to just check in when we came back that evening as they did not have my room ready at that time. We were supposed to have rooms right next to one another---that did not happen, one on bottom floor and the other on 3rd floor. This is not too handy when you are handicaped and can not climb stairs (no elevator in this motel) and also not handy to be away from children staying with you!!!! I asked that they comp our room but they would not. They only wanted to rebook our rooms and collect from both of us. The complimentary breakfast was a JOKE! Do NOT stay in this motel.

the bath tub was broken so i could not take a bath, and when staying there a week i left around 12:30p.m the maid only cleaned it 2 times during my stay, once when i left at 9a.m and the other was a day before i checked out, and they did not have a maid service sign to put on the door like they do with the do not disturb

Clean friendly service. Host even called to see if we needed anything. Eating places within walking distance.

My grandchildren and I found the Super 8 to be a great place to burn off some of their energy in the pool before retiring for the night. The continental breakfast was just what we needed to start our next portion of the car trip.

The hotel is in a great location right off of HWY 25. The room was a little small but was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable for the three nights I was there. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Shower changed temperature on its own but still got the job done. I would stay again if in the Pueblo area.

I think this hotel is trying to be a #1 stop but it is lacking. Asked for a non-smoking room; it wasn't - I think the maids were smoking in it and trying to cover up the smell. I called the mgr immediately since we had to sign a form saying we would pay $100 fine if we smoked in the room. 1 room we booked had been cleaned but someone had come back in and slept in the bed - it was unmade on 1 side. Rooms were very tiny and stuffy. Back door didn't want to take the key cards, it took a lot of work to get it to finally open. Staff acknowledged it being broken. I asked to be on bottom floor for my elderly mom's navigation; arrived and bottom floor was down a flight of stairs and second floor was up a flight of stairs.

Everything was decent for the price we paid overall. But, we did notice that the maid staff started vaccuming at 845am and was VERY loud. We had placed a do not disturb sign on our door, but the maid herself was loud and kept making alot of noise. Walls seemed thin because we could hear everything in the next room which kept us awake.

The room was clean, the staff friendly. The breakfast could have had more options. The pool and hot tub were ok.

very basic. Good service for the price. If you want to save money and not picky , this is your place in pueblo.
