Ramada Pueblo

We ended up in 3 different rooms. The first room had black mold in the bathroom and the floors were not mopped, swept or vacuumed. We were transferred to another room which did not have the fridge or microwave. We had to wait several hours to get a third room. They only discounted the entire stay $15.00. In my opinion the first night should have been free. It was not. When we were checking out, there was a flood in one of the rooms and affected that room upstairs and the room below. It definitely needs an upgrade.

I was in Pueblo for the first time and was impressed with the friendly staff. I am moving out there and so is my family. We will be staying at this Ramada for a few weeks will housing is getting ready.

Dirty room, stained carpet, blood on walls, torn wallpaper, dirty shower. Do I need to go on and tell you about the homeless people outside rooms

Cindi was very nice. The others were not helpful at all. We went to the front desk for assistance twice and they were no help at all. Maids were very helpful. I'm going back to Pueblo but we will not be staying in this hotel again. I've stayed in other Ramadas and they were much better. I would not recommend this hotel.

The check-in, breakfast, room, etc were all very nice. We were traveling from Texas on our way to Washington and it was a nice stay.

Great accommodation great staffing the rooms were clean which is a plus

Our visit was a one night stay, which I am glad for. If longer I would have chose another hotel. What we were promised in their advertisement was not even close to what we received. The rooms were very small and run down. I asked if we could have a roll away bed to make up for the sleeping arrangement that was not accommodated for, they seemed to be out of them. We ended up switching rooms, later in the evening, and it was just as bad. I called down to the office for extra pillows and blankets. They were all out of that too! Around 11:30 pm walking to the bathroom I realized that the bathroom sink had a leak when I walked across the carpet in my socks and they got soaking wet. I called down to let the office know and all that they told me was ( in a sarcastic voice) "Are you going to change rooms again?" The only good experience was that they had a good breakfast and a very helpful kitchen aide that helped my youngest make a waffle.

Ok for a overnight stay. Room smelled heavily of smoke. It was a non-smoking room just years of smoking in the room. Rooms need some TLC and upgrades. New tile is needed in the bath. Black mildew on white tile is not comforting. Ok for a stop along the road.

The normal charge for a pet in our experience has been $10.00 and when there is nothing indicating the charge on this travel service and we were highly disappointed by This hotel charging $25.00. We were also disappointed that the staff placed us in a upstairs room as far away from parking once we voiced are disappointment with the pet fee and did not care if we stayed there that night or any other night. Very unprofessional staff!!!!! Will never book a room again or with This travel service or hotel if we are traveling with pets.

This was a great place to stay the staff were great and the rooms were really well kept and clean. The location was off the interstate making it easy to get to

The staff accommodated my request to get a double bed vs. one king size however the beds were not comfortable. Our door to the room had a gap in it but it was a warm night. We didn't stay but one night so for that I would say it met my needs.

The staff is kind. The riff - raff is not. Bring a Fan cause the AC is awful. Accommodations are adequate.

Was excited to get a name brand hotel for the affordable price. Was disappointed in the: 1.hotel clerk who had NO desire to be @ work; 2.room had cockroaches on sink in bathroom 3.sheets didn't fit bed and would come off of the corners of the mattress while sleeping 4.maid service had to have known because sheets wouldn't come down over corners when made so I'm sure they had reported to mgr. ??? 5. Does ignorance make bliss or disappointed customers?

We're all adults and we all know what goes on in hotel rooms, but having unidentifiable white stains on the bedspread is unacceptable. My wife noticed the stains, which could have possibly been something else, and we were able to switch rooms only to find more stains in the new room!!! If not for the level of exhaustion I was experiencing, we would have cancelled the room and gone across the street to a more expensive hotel. Instead, we just put the disgusting bedspread on the floor and used our own blankets to keep warm with for the night. This, along with uncleaned, mildewy mini-fridges, a TV that didn't have volume on half the channels, and a clueless food ordering service made for a pretty stressfull night. The front desk clerk was as helpful as she "could be" and made sure we got a small discount. Will not be staying here again!

ENJOYED STAY. ROOM IMMACULATE.LOTS OF TV CHANNELS. MAIDS DIDN'T BOTHER US WITH OUR DO NOT DISTURB SIGN UP. OTHER PLACES THEY CALL YOU TO WAKE YOU UP OR IGNORETHE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN.

the room smelled, the desk clerk could not answer any of my questions and when I called that morning to ask about the pool they said it was open and when we got there is was closed and drained. will never stay there again. a lot more options in the area, so pick a different one.

Was given key to room when entering it was someone else room they were showering, Next room also was occupied by some one. Finally given unoccupied room but had 2 twin beds to sleep 3 adultsbooked full size beds were given twin beds ....[...]

The location was super convienient (right by the interstate, a convenient store, Starbucks and multiple restaraunts)! Hot breakfast was out by 6:00 a.m. and the rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel staff was very friendly and curtious. We are planning on staying there again for our next clinical rotation..(we are nursing students)!

Very comfortable and quiet rooms and awesome breakfast with homade waffle and breakfast sandwhiches and biscuits and gravy

This Ramada does not have any Queen size beds (thats what we were expecting) When we asked to hotel to find a solution the night clerk gave us a room with one king bed and the ajioning room with two doubles (at one extra cost). When we checked out the manager demanded that we pay for the extra room. When I refused they started blaming the employee who was kind to give us the room and fired her. After I told the manager that the [...] shows queen size beds, she kept blamming everone else insted of taking responsibility for the problem. I will never stay here again.
