Muy mal estado en general de las instalaciones. Sucios los baños generales. Sucio y con falta de mantenimiento.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for clean towels 4 times. I called on the phone twice and in person twice. The whole staff agreed that they already took towels up in the room but none was given. They said they entered the room to leave towels while we were gone. Which was false because there wasn’t any towels. In the beginning we were just given 1 hand towel. Also, what is the point of waiting for 3pm to check in when their staff will call you to check in ?does not make sense. There was strands of hair in the bed sheets, floor was dirty as well so make sure to wear comfortable shoes around the room. The walls are thin so you can hear noises from outside the room.
