Plumbing is a little less than I normally get. The pool was open again.

Good value. Shower valves were in terrible condition. Cold water would not shut off had to have maintenance come do it. Water was rapidly filling the tub. He said he was replacing them the next day. I checked out and don't know if he did although I think he has he seemed like a very reliable employee. Internet was good. Fridge and microwave were above average. Bed was memory foam.

The whole place was a dump and the staff was nasty.

No problems - Not a 5 Star? Of course - Not a 5 Star price ... I mean, all you're doing is sleeping there ... sooooo, I appreciated staying there at a price I could afford!

Clean, good internet, good breakfast ❤ It took a little while to get checked in. Nice stay

Shower needed repairs but otherwise the room was clean.

Location, location, location is all that this place has going for it. Great if you are attending a BYU football game with the stadium across the street. Facility condition is concerning. Dirty looking rooms, questionable plumbing, and red stains on the carpet reminds one of a CSI crime scene. Truly a worn out venue that needs to raised and replaced with a modern hotel. Sign says pool is "closed for remodeling" but I suspect owners don't want to pay the extra insurance to keep it open. One bright note was that the breakfast area was clean and well stocked but with a very limited waffle/cereal/coffee selection.

It may have been the remodel, but our room was missing the smoke alarm. The bathroom fan was hanging on the wall by a corner. And patches of un fixed drywall were every where. Not inpressed. The morning staff was really nice though.

Room was extremely hot. Air conditioning unit didn't work

We chose this motel because it said pool and breakfast. The pool was closed the whole time and the breakfast ran out of stuff early and they didn't refill it. Rooms were dirty and they were short staffed.

Our 1st room smelled bad, the fridge was broken and there was a hole in the wall. They moved us and the 2nd was better but the beds were really bouncy and not comfortable. They didn't make up our room or change our towels. When I asked for more towels they said they were all in the drier then brought us damp ones at 10:30pm. The waffles for breakfast were gooey.

it is very close to BYU so you do not need to hassle to hire vehicle you can reach the Library in five minutes by walk and also you can walk to grocery or cafe around there. Since it is an only hotel to walk BYU, it was no option. But overall the conditions are good for money

I made a quick trip to Utah to pick up my son from BYU. The hotel staff was courteous and the room was clean. My only complaint is that the pool was closed. Having just driven 450 miles with 3 kids the pool was a huge reason we chose this hotel. If you don't need the pool this place was a great deal for a $55 a night room. If you want the pool call ahead and make sure it's available.

I came to visit friends and go to a BYU football game. The hotel was so close I walked to the game. This was my second time staying there and this room was much better and more spacious. Lots of room for my walker

We extended our stay 2 days. The staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Water pressure was weak 2 days due to plumbing problems.

The hotel was in very poor shape what down to the hot tub and it has been out of order it has not work for about two years the desk host told this to us and on the internet says that there is hot tub in working order.

We stay at this hotel because it is closer to Lavell Edwards Stadium than we can even park. We love that we can be in bed before we would be at our car. However, this is a shabby, ill-kept facility. It makes no sense with all of the events, ie: football, basketball, education week, etc. that people attend at BYU, that this hotel is as shabby and run-down as it is. You will make money--renovate it!!!!

It was great for what we did. Pick up and drop off for EFY.

It was very convenient and a good cheap stay. The smell wasn't bad at all.

The carpet looked like it wasn't vacuumed in days. The toilet needed to be scrubbed, stains on the bed cover (even though they looked new). Debris all over in the corners and behind the nightstand. Noisy intersection, old drafty door. But the front staff offered one free stay-- which I declined.
