The location of the hotel is great. The hotel itself is very nice. But there is a massive renovation underway. This caused one of the elevators to be out of commission-problems parking near the working elevator etc. It is what it is as the positive is that the renovations will enhance the beauty of the facilities.

Phones and electrical problems. Noise in hallways from other guests. One night there were workers pounding in the middle of the night. Kept me up and had to call front desk twice. Breakfast is somewhat scanty and low in protein. Seems to be a high rat for minimal type of place. Feels rather transient. There was only one guest laundry with one machine....odd for all the people who stay here.

We first got to the hotel and we wanted to change the type of room we had, but because we booked on orbitz they couldn't change it for us. Something I learned. One day our room didn't get cleaned. But other then that it was okay. Breakfast wasn't that great.

The bathroom had an odor, but the room was big, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was fine. Our room did not get cleaned our first night, and when I called for some clean washcloths, the guy at the desk said he would bring some up. An hour and a half later, I called again, and he had gone home at 10:30 and didn't tell the girl coming on shift. She was very apologetic and brought them right up. The fridge was a life saver for us, although the ice machine didn't work on our floor.

Hotel looks nice from the outside but once in the room, the room seems small and old. Needs some remodeling

Good room. Very nice and clean. The pool and hotub were great. We were staying near relatives for Thanksgiving and it was a lot of fun.

The room was adequate, but lacked a refrigerator. Service quite friendly. The price was right for a one night stopover. I'd go back. There was an excellent workout room with places for several guests. A little difficult to find as there was no obvious entry off the main street, but this would not deter even a timid traveler. Very basic breakfast included.

Looks nice on the outside- old and dirty on the inside. Pool and spa very nice.. It was quiet but we would not stay there again.

The hotel was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was close to the freeway, mall, and great eating places. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed for a few days, staff was helpful, the pool is the perfect combination between indoor and outdoor. We will stay here again when we come back.

Always easy to use for DIA and has good restaurant near.

hotel is centrally located, clean, and friendly staff.

Rooms were clean. Good Value for the time we stayed.

have been coming on my famikly anual trip to the slops around here always love o stay here

Have been coming here for five years in a row, will be back next Christmas

Good location and the front desk staff were friendly, when you walk in it seems clean and smells fine, once I entered the hotel area the halls were dirty and had not been vacuumed in a long time. Rooms were dated, dark and dirty. Heater barely keep the room warm enough.

Staff not friendly, hot tub not working, unhappy kids:(

Found a bed bug as we were getting ready to leave. Do not stay here.

Rooms were nice. Staff friendly. Overall nice stay.

No problems. Went very well. Clean. Would stay there again. Nice area.
