Hard floors in hotels are kinda noisy for the people below you. The rooms and furnishings were nice enough but our suite didn't have any towels(Jacuzzi suite)and I had to find housekeeping on a different floor, the pool seemed to be closed, vending machines were all empty or out of order(just get rid of them), and I woke up the front desk night guy at the end of his shift because the coffee pot brewing in the breakfast area did not have any cups and I did not see that there was another station in the lobby. The young woman working the desk in the day was very nice helpful and informative. Short of the Jacuzzi suite I don't think I would ever stay here again.
Great Staff! Nice facilities. Though looks like they rushed the upgrade. Painting looks rushed and sloppy. But nice and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The receptionist barely spoke and appeared very detached, displaying a total lack of customer service. Resign if you hate your job! The property is under renovation; we had no prior knowledge of. Found dry dog food on our room floor.
It is a convenient location to break a trip. The hotel was in good condition despite being a little dated. Breakfast was poor.

Great property, room was great EXCEPT the first room we were given was not ready and the cleaning people were not happy we were there. The 2nd room the TV did not work after multiple phone calls and even going to the desk to talk to them my husband move around some cords and it started working. We were told multiple times they would be there in 5-10 minutes to fix it. They showed up FOUR HOURS later and at that point my husband had fixed it. (and we had told them hours ealier that we had fixed it) Clerks were busy on personal phone calls and could care less what problems we were having. Very disappointed customer service.

Beds were hard pillows were lumpy I requested daily housekeeping did not happen. Maintenance guy came into the room knocked used his key card and came in didn't wait for responce.

Love the jetted tubs in the suites. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the housekeepers do an amazing job!!!
