Needs a up date.place is ok bathroom needs help would not return if had more choices

Spent $80 for the room. Floors were wet from a broken mini fridge that dethawed, bathrooms had seen better days. I think I would shop around in the future.

We had a wedding to attend in Provo & the La Quinta Inn is located at a friendly/safe location near the freeway with all your needs.....stores, restaurants, etc, etc. The staff (especially Josephina) are very friendly & care about your needs. The third floor is being remodeled & could be a little noisy in the morning. Hopefully they will be finished in the near future.

Great! Glad to be able to get a room here this time. The only downside was not having enough eggs at breakfast.

Our recent stay at the La Quinta, Orem UT was horrible. The whole inside was under construction with the breakfast area being completely closed. This should have been disclosed when we booked the room. When we ententered the room we thought the window was open because of the noise level. Well it wasnt, it was just a cheap window and we spent our stay listenjng to the interstate noise. To say the lesst, we are now very tired and have to get back on the road. There was no TV remote and it took two trips from hotel staff to get us a working remote. I went to plug in my phone charger in the lamp outlet and nearly electricuted myself. There were actually wires hanging out! So once again we were forced to call the staff to replace a lamp that never should have been in the room. To finish off our stay I caught my foot on the torn and lose threshold on the door and fell. When we checked our the only thing we were offered was some points.

Great front desk people. Great price for a busy time of the year.

Everything was what I expected it would be. The front desk clerk that checked me in was difficult to understand. I believe that she has repeated guest instructions enough times, that she has become robotical. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Otherwise, no issues or complaints.

It was great how ever the hot tub was inoperative so that was a bummer but had a great time

We got such a good deal on this hotel room that I honestly didn't expect much from the room or the continental breakfast, but the room was spacious, clean and well decorated, and the free breakfast was great!

My family and I stayed here while traveling through Salt Lake City. Absolutely no complaints. The staff were super helpful and breakfast the next morning was just delicious and filling. Beds were comfortable and the we had zero complaints about the heater/ac unit in the room (rare occurrence!)

Great to get into the hotel, be checked in promptly, and have a clean room with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. Will stay there again.

This was a great, last minute booking. Good location, close to lots of shopping and activities. Very clean, nice room.

very nice. clean. sound proof walls. Easy to find. Had automatic doors for entering & leaving. elevator to our floor. Very convenient.

My wife and I just needed a stay for one night. The room with a king size bed was very comfortable. At first the TV didn't work, but it was only that a switch on the wall needed to be turned on. The breakfast was what we have come to expect. I was disappointed that there were only small waffles, but scrambled eggs, cereals both hot and cold, juice and so forth. The location is just off the freeway and in north Orem. There are lots of fast food stores around.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was basic good, clean. Nice breakfast

Went to a funeral. Usually not a good experience. Had to change occupancy as my brother needed a place to stay. Staff was great had nary a problem changing things up. I am 64 years old and this was the best experience I have ever had with a hotel staff.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR A COUPLE NIGHTS! THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS A LITTLE LACKING IN QUANTITY AND CHOICES, BUT THAT WOULD NOT KEEP ME FROM STAYING THERE .ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF THE PRICE!

We stayed 2 nights and it was nice and quiet. The indoor pool kept our little ones happy while it was freezing outside.

Convenient location with helpful staff and satisfactory breakfast.

There was another hotel about a block away, and I wish I would have stayed there. I arrived and the receptionist was polite, but clearly not energetic. I got to my room only to discover it had not been cleaned. Got another room, and it's cleanliness was also questionable. The toilet paper holder was sitting on the sink along with some hair. Then I grabbed the remote only to be greated with grime and stickiness. It really made me wonder about overall attention to cleaniness and room preparation. The bed was lumpy and not comfortable. The AC unit would not run in just fan mode, which sure would have been nice considering the all-night construction that was taking place. The AC would also only cool down to 70+, so I couldn't keep it running to drown out the construction noise. Staying somewhere else would have been well worth the extra 20 bucks.
