My hotel room was clean. Breakfast was coffee, juice, and cold cereal, with one waffle maker.

We have a large family and had requested adjoining rooms during the reservation process. I also called to make sure that the hotel had received our request and that they could accommodate us. The front desk told us that it wouldn't be a problem. Then, during check-in, the employee went out of his way to be difficult. I was told that our rooms were 5 doors apart and they couldn't do anything to accommodate us because there were only 3 empty rooms and none adjoined. We went back and forth on this point for 10 minutes and when I insisted that they give us adjoining rooms or a refund, he magically came up with 2 adjoining rooms. The parking lot remained half-full all night, so I highly doubt that every single room except 3 were booked. Shouldn't someone in the hospitality business go out of their way to be hospitable instead of doing everything he can to make our stay as miserable as possible?

Good location but the cleanliness of the bathroom and carpets are unacceptable. The breakfast provided was poor quality and not a lot of options - oatmeal too runny, yogurts were not re-filled and the juice taste like watered down. Cold cereal is the only thing available.

We decided to pay a little extra for a hotel with a pool and were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed while they adjusted the chemicals. Since we were traveling with our kids having a pool at the hotel is a real help. The rooms are pretty standard and seemed clean however the towel in the bathroom over the tub was damp and when I looked behind the bed for a plug there was a washcloth. The bathrooms are really tiny and the fan comes on with the light. Normally this isn't a big deal but the fans were really noisy. We will look at different hotels next time we come to Provo.

This is a standard motel with an outdoor corridor basically in the center of Provo, close to Orem. The staff was nice and the property very clean but a little dated. Bed and couch are not very comfortable but appropriate for the price paid. Wifi worked fine albeit on the slow side and hot water was plentiful. The only real negative is that the door is not very well insulated so on a colder night like today the heater had run on full blast just to maintain basic warmth.

We arrived after 9:00. The check in was very quick. I asked if we could get a room on the ground floor and there was one available. it was also right across from the office which was convenient for us. The room was larger than we expected. It was clean and quiet. We were surprised there was a flat screen TV and a remote that worked. The beds were clean and comfortable. They provided 3 bath towels for the two of us. It's always nice to have an extra. One of the better hotels we have stayed at. We will stay there again.

We needed a quick getaway for a good price. The hotel was nice and clean, and for a reasonable price.

The staff was really friendly and the room was clean. The hotel was what I would expect from any Days Inn: clean and comfortable. The receptionist upon check-in upgraded us because were were going to be staying for four nights and were only assigned a single double bed, so that was considerate.

When I received my confirmation it stated I would have a refrigerator, microwave in the room. I had dinner I wanted to place in it and there was no fridge to be found. Very disappointed.

Handicap room with microwave and fridge was reserved three weeks in advance. Upon arrival, was told room had been rented out and no other was available ? Room given was without microwave or fridge. Breakfast: coffee and sugar items, limited, best elsewhere. Pool & ice machine out of service.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that pipes were noisy when someone was showering in my room or nearby rooms.

The staff went out of there way to be accommodating after my many travel plans changed. Thank you for everything guys! Great Place to Stay!

Over all the room was what you would expect for a budget room. Very narrow space between desk and end of bed. Continental breakfast was very lacking.

Was a great location and price for BYU. Staff was respectful, courteous and helpful. Cleanliness was good. Enjoyed the visit.

I stayed here on back to back Saturdays. The main thing I would say is that it is about what you would expect. Rooms and beds were so-so. The rooms seemed like they had seen plenty of use. For some reason, there did seem to be some difference in quality between the rooms. You just have to get lucky. But it was a good price, and it is hard to expect much more without paying more.

Excellent front desk. Went to our non smoking room and it smelled a little like smoke. Talked to the front desk and she moved us right away to another room (glad that option was available). She also recommended a great place for delivery. Room was nice and comfortable.

Location, location, its close to BYU,Shopping and Sky resorts, like sundance and park city . the hotel is clean and the breakfast is good enough.

wonderful, clean, friendly staff. Big beds, plenty of towels, free breakfast, cable and fast fast internet.

The room appeared clean, but there was dust under the bed and behind things. I had requested two bed, because I was traveling with a friend and instead I got a knig. When I asked them to correct the problem, they offered me a roll away bed [...].

I stayed over Christmas so service was minimal, but I didn't need more. The shower was hot with a shower head that allowed for different sprays, but was fixed so it couldn't be repositioned at all and you had to crouch down to wash your hair. The television remote only changed channels; volume and on/off had to be done on the television itself. I could hear the neighbors above whenever they walked or used the shower/sink. It was loud enough I was awakened when they got up at 5:30 am. every morning. (Poor insulation). Otherwise the bed/pillows were comfortable, the room warmed up quickly, towels were plentiful, and the room overall was clean. [...] This room came at a cheap price so I didn't expect more. I was satisfied with my experience. Nothing spectacular, but no big complaints either. Would stay there again.
