Comfortable and reasonably priced. Easy to park and a nice lobby area

The breakfast was sad. The sheets in the bed were all pilled. I asked for the bed to be changed the second night, but they didn't change the sheets, or if they did, they had more pilled sheets. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The paper cups were not replaced for the second nights stay. The carpet was dirty and stained. The curtains were falling off the Rod. The "clean remote" made it difficult to operate the TV. The lighting was terrible, probably so you couldn't see the room. It was a very disappointing hotel stay.

Breakfast was good. Location was nice, close to restaurants.

I stayed here for a week. Great staff, comfortable bed, decent hotel. I would stay there again.

The staff was so accommodating but the building doesnt have an elevator so packing a 50lb suitcase up the stairs was a pain. The beds weren't the most comfortable but overall, not the worst hotel.

Very nice Hotel right next to the river. Excellent price and breakfast too. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Hotel difficult to find if not familiar with Provo ... due to heavy traffic and area road construction. Shower curtain had holes in it. It was replaced on 2nd day. A few ants on bath floor. Highlight -- breakfast was great! Due to location (too far off I-15) we would not stay here again.

we didn't spend much time in the room we were at a seminar

It was a nice hotel stay. Great location. Friendly staffs.

After a hectic wedding day, the hotel was so comforting. You would never know you were in the middle of town. Cute courtyard with porch swings....

We were on a quick road trip and looked for a decent hotel without breaking the bank. Baymont wa just the ticket. Quiet rooms with full breakfast were perfect for weary travelers. Front desk was very accommodating with 10:30 check in. Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. Would recommend if you're visiting Provo or just passing through!

After 9 days of driving around the vastness of the South Western US, our final stop was at the Baymont. First impressions were wonderful. Our room was awesome. Spacious, nicely decorated and very clean with a huge bathroom. The extra amenities were a bonus, as was the complimentary full breakfast, which was delicious. The only negative... The huge king sized bed. Uncomfortable with small fluffy pillows. If that were a tiny bit better this would be a 5 star review. Everything else, staff friendliness, appearance of lobby and grounds.... For $70? A steal!

Good centrally located hotel. Price was good. Beds felt a little on the cheap side. I was in a room with a balcony that overlooks the Provo river but power and or communication lines took away from the view. The room I was in was clean but is in need of total renovation at sometime in the next couple years. Skip the breakfast bar, nothing special.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were waiting one morning for the pool to be cleaned for the day, the guy knocked on our door to let us know he was finished! Our granddaughter was so thrilled with the indoor pool.

Old beds. Very noisy hall way, thin walls and doors that slam. I heard people coming and going all day/night long. Kids screaming constantly from the next room. Good breakfast and nice staff. Pretty scenery.

Nothing really to complain about. Very friendly staff. Hotel is on a river which was nice.

This place was fantastic! Quiet, super clean, located where everything is just moments away. We loved our balcony room with the river and mountain views!!! The ONLY thumbs down..they could use an elevator :-)

We stayed at this hotel because we just needed a place to stay and didn't want to spend a lot of money. But, our stay wasn't just adequate, it was great. The room was extremely clean and odor free, the bed was great and the service was great it's a super bargain. It was also quiet and is in a great setting along the Provo River. I highly recommend staying here and plan to do so in the future

GM was incredible!!!! She went above and beyond to accommodate,

I stayed while attending a family reunion over the summer and the hotel was adequate. It was close to Olive Garden and a small Walmart and was right down the street from the University Mall. All in all it was a satisfying stay.
