This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating, and the location is excellent. For being an old historic building, the hotel is updated and the rooms very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly thorough in cleaning the room on a daily basis. The wi-fi was fast and allowed for streaming netflix since the TV programmings was very limited.

Loved the location with the use of the bicycles. The room was perfect for our family of 3 adults, a 17 year old child and 7 large pieces of luggage. The hotel was quiet and a short taxi ride to the train station.

Sort of a futuristic room. No blanket or Duffet on bed, nothing but a sheet, pillows were about an inch thick. Ammenities were poor, soap a thin and very small, no conditioner, towels needed downey

What a great little spot, smack in the middle of one of the cutest neighborhoods in Sevilla. Would definitely return. Clean, comfy and the location couldn't be any better.

Walking distance to bullfight and flamenco dancers. Very happy with the choice to stay there.

This is a well situated hotel in the Santa Cruz neighborhood with an excellent breakfast and well informed staff. On an early arrival I was given a room earlier than the check-in time which was excellent and welcomed after a 15 hour flight. While we took a nap we were constantly awakened by normal chatter from the street. When I asked to be moved the manager was bothered by the request and basically chided me and stop didn't continued to until I told her it wasn't necessary to move us from the room but that I was a good costumer of the Petit Palace hotels. In the end she did move us to a room facing the courtyard which are quieter than those facing the street. The internet is slow and many times it didn't work. Also, one afternoon we entered the hotel to a horrible stench because they were either cleaning the cesspool or the line had broken but I was surprised to see fecal matter at the front door and that at least some kind of lysol spray wasn't used for the duration of the repair or cleaning of the cesspool. Excellent hotel, only the manager needs some additional training in customer relations.

Great location for sight seeing and restaurants. They offered a free 2 hour walking tour in English that helped us to identify the high points and where we wanted to return. The receptionist did a exceptional job at helping us book a trip to Alhambra when all the tours we tried to booked were full. They arranged train reservations and tickets to Alhambra. We love to explore on our own and it fit our needs perfectly.

The Petit Palace Santa Cruz is a perfect spot for someone visiting Sevilla for the first time or fifth! It's location is perfect for getting to the Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza Del Toros and River quickly and easily. It is just around the corner from great restaurants and shopping. It is close enough to walk everywhere and although in a busy part of the city, it is quiet and safe! An easy 10 min walk to the bus station. 20 min walk to Plaza De Espana and more!! The rooms are clean, air conditioned, internet in the room and great helpful staff! I would definitely stay there on my next visit!

we actually stayed at this hotel twice during i stay in spain. the front desk especially sebastian was great. he really knows how to make you feel at home. i had a few difficulties using ph and he was glad to help me get in touch with my relatives in ny during hurricane irene. if i ever come back to spain no doubt i will be staying here.

Great stay. Simply beautiful hotel. Rooms were very spacious (even by US standards). There were 6 of us (3 adult children and an 11 year old child)and we stayed in two family rooms (3 per room). The rooms comfortably sleep 4. Free internet access/computer in rooms. Hotel staff spoke English and were extremely helpful and patient in providing assistance for whatever we requested. Location is perfect and quiet. Everything in Sevilla seems to be no more than a 10 minute walk from hotel. Numerous restaurants within two minutes from hotel. If ever travel back to Sevilla, will definitely stay there again.

We read other reviews before planning our trip. Here's our take. Friendly People and Great Service. Breakfast was included in our package, but we would not have paid 15 euros extra per person. Euro style buffet with warm and cold options...great coffee shop across the street. Super location can walk everywhere. If you want privacy in the bathrooms you won't find it as the frosted glass doesn't block noise. Right on for the price value. You'll love Seville.

The hotel was in a prime location, only minutes from the main cathedral, tucked away in a quiet little plaza. The rooms were spotless, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast included was excellent. I would highly recommend a stay at the petit palace Santa Cruz!!!

We spent two weeks driving through Andalusia and stayed for two nights here in Sevilla. The location is a quick walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar with lots of shops and restaurants. We had a large family room on the main floor which was a bit noisy but the in-room free laptop and internet access was a huge hit with our two teens.

The hotel was within easy walking distance to cafes, supermarket, wonderful shopping and the most popular tourist attractions. The high tech room was a little cramped but very clean and quiet. It was very convenient having a laptop in our room. The front desk was very helpful. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet if you're willing to spend $15 euro per person. It was only 5 euros to take a cab to the train station!

our laptop in the room doesn't work, but, we were able to use the ones in the lobby. the hotel is close to the sights, and seville is a small enough city that it's fine. the staff was really friendly.

This hotel was very convenient to the main sites of the city. Once I was able to navigate the labyrinth of the old streets, it was a great area to "get lost in." Close to good places to eat.

Ultra modern appearance/furnishing, laptop in every room, wifi, etc. Not so fast, the laptop was ancient and sloow, wifi did not reach beyond the lobby area. Otherwise, great staff, good location (just close the window at night unless you like adolescent Spanish boys singing). Bed is hard as a rock. I would still recommend, as long as you know what you're getting.

Great new style "techy" hotel in a great location. Nothing bad to say at all. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The staff is very accomodating to the guests and are conversational in English, French and Italian. Breakfast is available as well as room service. Located in a quiet area in the heart of Seville yet only a few minutes walk to attractions and dining.
