The staff was very kind and helpfull. Dinner was very good and payable! And the room was clean and well taken care off. There is a bus stop next to the hotel from which you can take a half hour drive to Sevilla centre. The bus goes frequently [except for the weekend!! then you have to check the time table very closely], but it can be quite crowdy in the bus, making you have to stand when the bus is driving.
We had a lovely stay in this hotel on the outskirts of Sevilla. We found the building and area very American: it is all big, new and there is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. It was scorching hot on our day of arrival, I thought it was too hot to jump in the pool. We preferred the air condtioned bar. But the pool area did look amazing, though. Breakfast was really good, a lot of different things to choose from. We didn't have dinner in the hotel. We wanted to visit Sevilla by public transport on a Sunday - we were a little disappointed to see the bus goes only every 90 minutes. In addition to this, we waited for nearly an hour, because reception gave us an outdated timetable of bus 132. We expected the bus to arrive at 09.30 but it was actually scheduled to call at our bus stop at 10.15. We had a brilliant time here. The complimentary water & Pepsi max was very much appreciated!!
We stayed for 1 night but hotel is really good, we wished to stay longer. The receptionist and other staff can speak english. There is a pool with a dept of 1.20 mt. Our room was spacious with a minibar, bathroom was clean. The staff was nice. Breakfast was really good compared with other hotels in Spain. The location of the hotel isn't bad either.
The hotel is great and very local to lots of shops and eatery , clean and friendly staff . The room is clean , spacious and had everything . Breakfast was great too . The price is a bit steep , but no complaint .
Hotel it's self clean & friendly, breakfast was adequate- however the last morning, we went to shower, freezing cold, rang to reception who told us, as the weather is warming up, it takes longer for water to get hot, was told to run shower did 5 minutes, left shower & taps running for a further 10 minutes still no hot water, not even warm, time was getting on breakfast finished at 10am the maid was in her way to our room as check out was also 10am, not the best end to our break away, ended having a cold shower, when we did check out, we explain how unhappy we was about the cold shower, to be told, we should of kept it running g for longer, I think running it for 15 minutes gave us the answer that there wasn't going to be any hot water any time soon,
Excellent stay, cheap upgrade to a bigger bed, quite extensive breakfast, anything u might want they have it, room was really nice, clean, well equipped, lot of space, big bathroom and clean, you are given a wifi access right away.
All the staff were professional and welcoming, our Queen room was clean and a good size with a big TV and good wifi, the bed comfortable and we loved our complimentary bottle of cava in an ice bucket. The location was ideal for our needs, an overnight on our road trip to Portugal, and we appreciated the underground carpark at only 5 Euros (free spaces available on street too). The whole experience would have been perfect if the dining room had been better. It is basically a self-service canteen. We had a buffet dinner menu (admittedly only 10 Euros, drinks extra) with a good choice of dishes but with improvement in the quality of the food, I would have given this hotel a mark of excellence. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable rate but again it was very much self service and even the coffee was from a vending machine type dispenser and not very good, surprising for Spain.
Clean, characterless functional large hotel en route to Sevilla. Friendly staff, but the building and its surroundings are totally uninteresting. Convenient bus connection to the center of Sevilla (2 min). Dinner at 8, not a minute earlier.
We reserved two rooms in an internet service and wanted two connected rooms to keep an eye on the kids. Unluckily when we arrived wasn't any connected rooms available, the hotel staff was more than helpful and friendly, and immediately offered us a family room for the four of us that cost less than what we reserved. In short, they do anything to make you feel comfortable and to enjoy your stay at the hotel. We use this hotel as a great stop on the road on our way from Madrid to Cadiz, is next to the highway and has an outlet shopping mall across the street. Besides, it has some restaurants one block away to choose if you want to eat outside the hotel. We recommend it to everyone. We are planning to come back next year.
Ideally situated to get into Seville offering the opportunity to chill out pool side. There is a bus service almost directly outside the hotle right into the heart of Seville for less than 2 euros one way.A taxi is 20 euros Excellent breakfast with the choice of fruit being particularly impressive.
