This hotel is a gem! Service is attentive and friendly. Every member of staff is kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully styled. The public areas are gorgeous and very comfortable. The courtyard area is stunning and the perfect place to take breakfast accompanied by the soothing sound of the fountain. Breakfast is glorious! Literally everything you could wish for is offered. The selection is outstanding and I just loved taking a leisurely breakfast before heading out to explore this beautiful city. Rooms are very comfortable and you have a pillow menu too to ensure your sleep is perfect. Rooms are impeccably clean and the espresso machine is a real bonus. I have walked for miles already. This city is stunning. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore all areas of Seville. When I return to this city, I would stay at this hotel again I would not give it a second thought. I feel very fortunate to have found this lovely, little place and I would not want to be anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend it to you.
We recently stayed in the H10 Corregidor, its situated in a quiet area of Seville. It's a short walk or taxi ride to the main attractions in Seville taxi cost approx 5€. For me what makes a great hotel are the staff, and the staff at the Corregidor are great. Nothing was too much trouble, the reception staff and management made sure that we had a great stay, going the extra mile all I can say is thank you. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. Only had a couple of drinks in the bar but the barman had some great tips on where to go. We plan to visit Seville again at some point in time and will definitely stay at the Corregidor again I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to friends looking to visit Seville. My thanks to the receptionist for a great recommendation for a restaurant to eat. If you are interested it's called San Marco near the Cathedral (well worth a visit food is fantastic)
We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, the room was immaculate with plenty of space and the location was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful. We ate out on the patio every morning and the selection was amazing. We hated to leave.
We stayed three nights at the H10 Corregidor in June. I was originally a little worried that it was too far away from the main attractions, but it was a pretty short walk and we really enjoyed being near the Alameda de Hercules. We went there practically every night. The check-in process was fairly easy. My nephew had left his backpack on the taxi we had taken to get to the hotel and the front desk tried calling the taxi companies for us. The breakfast was good. The room itself was fairly small for three people. The wifi was a little spotty. Sometimes it worked pretty well, sometimes it was really slow. Overall, nice property though.
The location was fabulous. Well within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel was clean and well decorated if rather dated. I had the tiniest single room ever. Room 224. The one in the photograph I saw prior to booking was twice the size of the one I stayed in. When I stretched out my arms I could touch the walls either side of the room and I'm only 5' tall. The bathroom was the same. Nice bathroom suite but it was like a game of Jenga to get in and out of the shower and the room itself. Oh and the drains smell when you run the water. Prisoners get bigger cells than this. Quite claustrophobic. In all my years of being a travel and food writer I don't think I've ever been given such a small room. No view of any description. I would be more than happy to stay here again but only if they could guarantee me a bigger room. The breakfast is far too expensive at €16 when you can get a coffee and toast for €2 on the nearby square. The wifi is virtually non-existent too.
cozy, very welcoming, very Seville. However, a room is not that clean (I found footpirnts and hairs on the floor as soon as I entered the room) and wi-fi is tooooooo slow. I had to give up wi-fi in the room. It takes time to walk to touristic spots but you can find good local restaurants near the hotel.
I would probably give a better score to this hotel, if our first room was not a failure. First room they have given us was horrible ( i guess it was 116) No view from the room, bathroom was extremely squezed, hard to find a place for your toothbrush or even your towels. Air con was blowing directly to your head on the bed, you either die from the heat or get sick because of the air con on your face. TV was on the right side wall of the bed. So, if you can turn your head 90 degrees to the right from your bed, you can maybe watch the TV. Shower was dipping when we checked-in, on our second night it started to leak completely. It was too annoying, so we had to change our room in the middle of the night. No one offered to help, we carried our stuff from one room to another around 1 AM after a long day walking. The room we changed to was a lot better; but it made me even more sad; because they had better rooms, but still, they either preferred to give us a poor quality room or they did not care and gave us a poor quality room while there were better rooms available for the same price. Both of these scenarios made us unhappy about our stay. I had preferred this hotel because of its authentic look; but after my experience, i would have preferred a more central hotel with a pool. The only authentic thing about the hotel was the lobby area; but it doesnt worth it. Yes, its only 20 minutes by walk to main touristic attractions, but considering the heavy heat in Seville, even 5 minutes extra walk is very critical I must say. Lastly, there is basically no wi-fi in the hotel, considering it was even hard to send/receive whatsapp messages most of the time. Apart from these, breakfast was really good. Lobby area was beautiful.
We stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed. The beds are very comfortable. Best is its outdoor breakfast area. Foodlayout also good. Rexeption area good. But the location is not very prime. On the whole nice experience.
We chose this hotel as part of a BA City Break. We had read reviews of several hotels and we were glad that we chose this one. Tucked away off of a side street, you could easily miss it but what a cool oasis on a hot, sunny day! Lots of marble, as you would expect, and great tile work. Large room with great a/c and powerful shower. Attentive and courteous staff. We had the B&B option and we were not disappointed - hot food, eggs and bacon, cold meats and cheese, pastries, fruit, cereals, fresh breads, etc. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to return one day soon.
Let's get the negative bit out of the way first. Internet coverage was pretty much non-existent. It was either slow, very slow, very very slow and none at all. Room 109: The bathroom door opened up to the side of the bath which was level with the door frame, the sink was to the left immediately you walked into the bathroom. You had to side shuffle your way in. If you are not bothered by internet cover and you are not 6'3" tall with a 38" waist.....you'll be fine. Positives: Breakfast had great variety and served in a lovely courtyard. Fruits, yogurts, meats, cheeses, cereals, coffee and juices a plenty for people from all parts of the world. Air con worked very well, staff were friendly and helpful in booking tickets for various things. Attractive lounge area. Room was comfortable apart from mentioned above, although walls were quite thin and you could hear people in the room next door in their bathroom. So, all in all....it was a good hotel. It just needed to up its game on internet service.
