Extremely helpful staff. The area is accessible to both the old town and the train station. Taxis are available around the clock. Comfortable rooms. Walls a little thin, but we got used to it.
The room had a very bad smell, although it appeared to be clean. There is no on site restaurant, and the restaurants around the hotel are mediocre at best. Still for the price we paid it was a good value.
The staff was super-friendly and efficient. The location is great. The rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the sound-proofing between rooms was non-existent. I could hear normal level conversations perfectly from the rooms on both sides - it was almost as if they were in the room with me. When either watched television it was very loud. There was only one outlet in the entire unit. I had to charge my phone using the blow-dryer outlet in the bathroom.

corridors had loose/broken tiles. touch the lamps in the room and they fall down. fridge only just cool, no coffee facilities. staff and service was great and place very clean.
Nice hotel, the first night I was given was on the first floor above the main entrance where taxis were parked. I Could not sleep well since the taxi drivers were on the street talking very loud. After I had a room changed on the fifth floor everything was fine. The only thing is that the carpet had dark stains. Time to change that carpet.

We were really excited to stay in this hotel with a nice pool and thought it was an amazing deal, turns out there are reasons it seems like such a bargain. When we arrived we found out the pool was only open from 12 noon to 8PM so it was always very very crowded. You would not even get a chair to sit in by the pool unless you arrived and waited in line before the pool opened. When we first arrived our room smelled strongly of mold and the toilet had issues flushing. They were not able to move us to another room until our third night, they tried to move us to an even worse room by a vent, but then luckily were able to move us to a nice room which was enjoyable. Overall staff was friendly but seemed unable to deal with the run down nature of the hotel and did not to anything to compensate for this lack of basics by offering something like a discount or free breakfast.
Overall the room felt completely dirty. The carpets were stained, bath countertops were dirty, etc
