This hotel was very beautiful, the location was excellent, that staff were helpful, and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended.
Excellent location for most of the sites we wanted to visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Unique rooms with many ammenities. Healthy and plentiful breakfast options. I would not recommend the complimentary walking tour that was offered through a partner company. It was more talking than walking. Otherwise, book, go and enjoy. Allow yourself an extra day simply to relax within the property itself.
This hotel is adorable! Located in the city center, it is close to the Cathedral, the Alcazar, and plenty of shopping and cafes. My room was decorated well with coordinated accessories and good lighting. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bathroom was modern and large, with separate areas for showering and toileting however,the shower floor didn't drain well and flooded the floor. I didn't take advantage of breakfast or any other food at the hotel. The courtyard is open to the sky and is very pleasant for sitting and relaxing. My only criticism (which is not due to the hotel) is that the streets in that area are extremely narrow and cars cannot drive down them. So be prepared to walk from a few blocks away to the hotel - pack lightly.
We loved this charming hotel. It was well situated for sightseeing and the rooms were charming. The breakfast was excellent and we also took advantage of the afternoon tea.
Location, location, location! Hotel is perfectly situated for discovery of old city. Cathedral and Palace are located within very short and easy walk (5 to 7 minutes). Hotel is located in 500 years old building so you feel as if you are part of the city's history, but still enjoing modern amenities within your room. Flawless! And staff... Everyone was always smiling and very helpful no matter what time of day or night.
My husband and I loved this place! First of all, the staff members are amazing. We had some great chats with the staff, and they really went above and beyond to make our stay great! The courtyard was so tranquil and lovely that we spent a good deal of time relaxing there. The location is perfect! We were right near the cathedral and the Alcazar, and right in the heart of the charming old-town streets. The corner by the hotel itself is incredibly scenic! We also appreciated the midday snacks, and the jacuzzi on the rooftop has excellent views. We will definitely return!
The hotel is located in the old section of town and is a great location for shopping, restaurants, and outside bars. Stayed on two separate dates at the beginning and at the end of our trip. Staff was outstanding. He only negative was there is no on site parking and the closest parking garage is about 400 yards away. Also we took a gps with us from the states with the Spain mapping software. Definitely a lifesaver traveling throughout Spain but the GPS tried to get us to the hotel which is impossible by car. Park in a garage and take the short walk. Hotel is traditional spanish style and an enjoyable stay.
