While traveling around Spain for 2 weeks during the worst heat wave I have ever experienced, my daughter found this little gem of a hotel. The room was lovely, cool and roomy. the location was terrific. We were located just minutes from the Alcazar. Most importantly, the management couldn't have been kinder and most accommodating. They sent for car service and met me at my door only to take our heavy luggage down to the ground floor. Merche Carrasco bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. I will certainly stay here again when I return to Sevilla!

Brilliant central location literally meters from Alcazar and Cathedral and surrounded by history on a beautiful square. The units were quiet and comfortable. Minor iisue related to absence of in room WiFi and kitchen equipement could be more comprehensive. In terms of location you cannot do better. There are a number of nice restaurants within 10 minute walk out of tourist zone

In the very center, spacious apartment with typical furnishings and very comfortable. The stuff kind and prepared. The breakfast not so good for value for money. Overall a good choice for my family and me. Matteo

Location wins! It is so close to everything, short walk to all spots. We booked the superior apartment with terrace, the apartment is very spacious. The temperature is too high to go outdoor in the afternoon so it is good to hv a spacious apartment to hang out when it is too hot to go out. The check in lobby is a short walk from where taxi can reach. After check in staff will bring you to the apartment. Staff speak good English and very helpful. Recommend.

Having lucked out with our search for hotel accommodation (they were either full or not to our liking) we decided to go for self-catering. The availability of a roof terrace appealed, so we went for Suites Santa Cruz, especially as the location looked perfect. Absolutely no regrets - the location is indeed perfect and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in every respect. Just be aware, the apartments are scattered over several properties, all within a few minutes walk, so if you are a large party you will not necessarily be in the same building, although there is internal telephone connection between the apartments. They are located in narrow pedestrian-only streets, so taxis have to drop/pick up from a few hundred metres away, something to bear in mind if you have heavy luggage. Also, be aware you need to be fully mobile to get to the upper floors, one of our party was not, and did struggle a bit. But these are quaint old buildings that if they had been 'modernised' would have spoiled the nature of the old town location, so no complaints. Oh - and the aircon works well!

Our room was lacking in privacy and not as nice as it looked on the website. The ground floor windows were onto a very busy lane way frequented by masses of tour groups. The internal windows were onto the entrance courtyard, also not private so we had to keep the shutters closed making it quite dark inside. Noise from other guests entering and leaving the property. It was clean and the location good. Breakfast was quite good at a nearby restaurant. We were offered an alternative room but it was up very steep stairs and didn't have a double bed - it looked worse than the first room, so we stayed put. The room and decor are quite basic and strong room deodorant smell. Apartment had a fridge and electric stove and basic supplies of crockery, but nothing that would make you want to cook there - eg condiments etc. but there's plenty if tapas and many restaurants nearby, so this is not a problem unless you were planning on self-catering.

I´ve stayed here many times (I live close by in Portugal). Th location is perfect and staff knock themselves out trying to please. Thanks to Merche on the reception desk for arranging a coffee pot and ironing board for us. It´s a lovely place and I will keep going back!

My mom and I really enjoyed our visit to Seville, in part because of the central location of our hotel. I was close to work and my mom was close to the sites she wanted to visit, including the Cathedral. However, there is no elevator (I had to carry both our suitcases up the stairs since my mom is 60); this is no problem for me, but for my mom this was a bit more challenging. Additionally, there is little sound proofing. It's not ideal if you need an elevator/lift or are a light sleeper, but is great for the nice room and the location.

After we finally found the underground parking and dragged our wheelies over cobblestones we arrive to find instructions to go around the corner to check at another of their properties. Check in was easy and we were escorted back to our room. I discovered that "junior apartmento" meant no kitchen - I guess I didn't read the fine print. Nonetheless it was a nice place, quite spacious with a separate living area. About the 'street' - alleyway close to and could easily touch both sides with flat hands. Not convinced a man and his cart could have got through in the 14th century. We checked out and left our bags while sightseeing. Moral - don't drive. It's a very central location and short walks to everything. We would stay there again. Walk up stairs.

Staying here really situates you in the heart of the area of greatest interest in Seville. We were able to walk everywhere, and many of the high spots were just a few blocks away. In addition, having a little refrigerator allowed us to eat breakfast at home- and we could have actually cooked! There are 2 burners (I used one for boiling water) that we could have used. The barrio de Santa Cruz fills with tour groups during the day, and then empties of them at night. The Plaza Elvira-2 blocks away- really is the most beautiful in Seville. And we ate at both Cuevas and Dona Elvira's on the square, and both were good. My only wish would be that the bed were a little softer and the pillows less lumpy.
