The location is great, really in the heart of the city and the staff is really nice. We (unintentionally) booked a small room but it has not one but two great balcony with a beautuful view of the city. Very recomanded place for short term visits.

The apartment is very large. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom faucet leaked, but the bath/shower was great. The seating is uncomfortable because there are only 2 tiny kitchen type chairs. Also, it would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the kitchen. Overall though, I thought the size of the room and the comfortable bed and the great location made up for some of the shortcomings.

Staff and location ok, that's it. No free WI-Fi in the apartment as advertised, they exspect you to leave the apartment and walk 50m down the road to use the wi-fi . OVer priced at €110 a night out of season. No kettle, no toaster . Got a twin room when I booked a double. Not keen on the 1933 prison beds either. TV broke down . BIN lorrys crashing around at 3am and shouting at each other!!! TOur guides outside your bedroom window shouting their heads off at 11.50pm (twice) after I asked for a quite rooms weeks before we turned up. One thing I hate Hotels who you ask for feed back and don't have the decency to reply back to you, or bother to resolve the issues. Poor senior management. Not for me on this one , looks nice in the pictures , falls apartment in the finer points

We booked a nice family room last August for me my wife and my 2 young daughters . Once arriving we werr welcomed by a nice receptionist lady (Merche) who mad everything smooth and easy at the check in and took us to our room.It was exactly what we expected, the place had everything a family need during the stay adding to that the location you cant get better location in the center of the beautifull seville. We had breakfast as it was included and its a buffet again the guy who served us ( forgot his name) was very polite and helpfull. When it comes to food we cant fault anything specially when you have a head chef ( Rocio) coming out to our table to advise us and help the kids to choose from the menu that was an amazing gesture from her so Thank you Rocio and everybody else who mad our visit perfect . Very recomanded place and cant wait to go back there .

My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Europe in April 2017 and Seville was our first stop. However, our experience with Apartamentos suites Santa Cruz really dampened our joyous mood during the first few days of our long awaited holidays. We arrived at the hotel on the last day of April and was unfortunately told by the receptionists that the room was not ready due to “weather problem” and hence we were booked on another hotel which was nowhere near Santa Cruz. What it resulted was: dampened holiday mood, last min change in our travel itinerary, poor quality in the booked accommodation and lots of frustration. Taking the receptionists’ words in good faith, we agreed to move to the arranged hotel. However on our arrival at the new hotel, we realized that the rates at the new hotel was significantly lower than what we had paid to apartamentos suites Santa Cruz. In addition, the condition of the new accommodation was below what we had expected. As a result, we had to go back to Santa Cruz the following day to request for a refund of the differences in rates. However, we faced further frustrations when the receptionists could not commit to refund us the differences and this resulted in us making repeated trips back to the hotel during our short stay in Seville. Finally, they agreed to refund us. However this was only after multiple requests and emails. In fact, we had to follow up with them even after our honeymoon before they finally performed the transaction. If we will to go back to Seville one day, this hotel will definitely not be our choice of accommodation.

We stayed at the Apartamentos Suites Santa Cruz for just two nights in late November '17. The very roomy suite I booked was perfect for our needs; in a lovely building, plenty of space, decent kitchen area (though we didn't use it) and a nice balcony (though again the sunbathing envisaged didn't happen due to the amazing sites on offer). The weather was lovely and warm during the day (22deg) but pretty cold at night (below 10deg) so the A/C wasn't needed but some heating would have been nice (the A/C may have a heating circuit but it wasn't so bad I tried it). The suites are attached to a 3 star hotel a 3' walk away, so helpful staff were on hand as needed and a good buffet breakfast (at a modest extra charge) was available. Most importantly the location is superb, with the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and gardens less than 10' walk away and countless tapas bars all around. This is a perfect area to stay, with no cars (it's a 5' walk from the nearest spot a taxi can drop you), narrow cobbled streets (don't bother with the high heels), squares filled with orange trees and numerous food possibilities. It's a fascinating city that's perfect for a short break.

We stayed for three nights in a top floor apartment. It is not easy from the website to be sure of which apartment you are actually booking. Ours was in a separate building in the Calle Jamerdana. However it had a great deal of character in a Moorish courtyard house with a roof top terrace with views of the Giralda and the Cathedral. Your view of the property and perspective on value for money is going to depend on what you value. The apartment is in the historic Santa Cruz district near the Cathedral and the Alcazar. It is in a maze of narrow pedestrian streets and you can't get closer than about 400m away by taxi. Our apartment was also up several flights of narrow, steep and uneven steps so totally unsuited for anyone with mobility issues. There was a double bedroom, kitchenette and lounge, bathroom and the large terrace with sun loungers and an outside dining area. The furnishing was a bit dated and the kitchen was adequate for not much more than breakfast and snacks. (It did have a proper kettle though) The location however is excellent, close to all tourist attractions and plenty of very good eating options. And it has masses of historic character Overall we were happy with our choice and thought at 100 Euro per night it was acceptable value

We attended a weekend symposium at the University of Seville and it was the perfect place to stay. The breakfast was excellent, the staff helpful, the apartment spacious on a beautiful square. It was very quiet at night after the restaurants closed -but when open provided life to the beautiful little Plaza. Good restaurants nearby.

I read the reviews, saw the pictures, and, even though I needed parking, I decided to cancel the hotel I had booked in Seville to stay at this place. Well, I suggest you read my review carefully before making the decision to stay here: - There IS NO INTERNET - I just double checked and here it says "free internet", but for this, you have to get dressed, go down the many stairs, exit the building, turn the corner, enter the reception which is in a nearby square and access it. It was not clear for me and had I known I would have never stayed here. - There is NO CLEANING, unless you pay 40 Euros (picture of the cleaning prices attached). That was also not clear and I felt fooled. - The room is outdated and there is no furniture except for the old nightstands and 2 small tables to put your belongings. There is a closet inside the bathroom. - the painting is old and you feel like in an old house, add to this the fact the room is small. Horrible sensation - the bathroom is so small you can not seat in the toilet. At least I could not, since I'm not a short person. - there are no amenities: really, small things like a place for the soap in the shower. This costs almost nothing but makes a huge difference. Picture yourself having to take a shower and having to hold your soap the entire time? - They do not change the batteries of the remotes of the heater and the TV, which means you having to open the remote to press the batteries to make things work. Again, how much do the batteries cost? 2 Euros? And it makes a huge difference for the guest. - there is no discount in the parking. I'm traveling all of Spain and it's common for hotels to have partnerships with parking facilities if they can not provide their own. - There is no mini bar. Ok, given all that I said above that was the least of my worries. On the good side, I can say 2 things: - Location is very good - there is a nice patio/ balcony, at least in the room I booked (but since it was cold it did not make any difference for me).

There were three of us traveling this year, I was the tour guide and I thought that an apartment would be great instead of the usual hotel that I stay at. Last time I did this in Sevilla was 2004. I googled, go this company, sounded familiar, and booked the reservation. They are now associated with a hotel so check in was easy. Much to my astonishment, I got the exact same apartment that I had rented in 2004. Perfect!! Two terraces, great rooms, view, perfect location. The hotel staff made the stay flawless.
