We staid at that Hotel for 2 weeks. The Rooms where very clean and modern. For the Breakfast you had a big variation on different specialities. For example the Local Ham and cheese or Spanish Omlet. The personal sometimes had trouble with the language. So when you tried to order something in Englisch they did not understand you, but with showing on the menue or the drinks you wanted to have it was possible. At the Reception they spoke English very well so there was than no problem if you had some Questions.
Wow! I just want to say thank you for our lovely stay. Your staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. We only stayed one night, but I felt so relax I could have stayed more. The shower is the best, very relaxing and the best I've seen in Spain. The WIFI was very fast and didn't let us down. The room was very clean with comfortable beds. The Breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks. We travelled with two kids and they were very happy too. Car park was free of charge. Town (Albacete) is only 15-20 minutes from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed here for 1 night, sat nav had a bit of trouble but after stopping and asking for directions soon found it!. As other reviewers have said- just off the motorway, out of town, but only 5 mins to get there. Room was really nice, big bed, nice bigwindow ,walk in shower. Didn't eats dinner here so can't comment. They do have a nice range of gins in the bar, which was nice. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold, cheese, meats breads and pastries, yogurt, fruit etc. Great stay! !If you are Brits and want to stock up on wines, there Is a large supermarket in the town.( parking is underground, took us ages to work it out!)
Very conveniently located near the highway and with abundant parking space. The building looks terrible from the outside but nice inside. It seems to be new and in general in good condition. Had room service, food was great. I did not check the spa. Although breakfast was fine the room was not to my liking; it was a basement... The rooms are of good size although nothing special. Staff is helpful.
The Hotel is very good: rooms are big, modern and comfortable; the bathroom is also big and beautiful with all the details you need. The staff is nice and helpful. It is not located in the centre of the city, but in my case that was fine. On the other hand they have an annexed building with big salons and an auditorium perfect for events and there is plenty of free of charge parking spaces. I didn't try the spa neither the food but from what I saw, they are probably good too.
I stayed a night in the Beatriz Hotel. It's away from the city center. I was impressed by this high quality and fantastic Hotel. The restaurant was pretty good and not very expensive. There was also a large Spa & Wellness area downstairs.
I stayed a night in the Beatriz hotel in Albacete whilst on business. I was impressed by the hotel, yet some things left me wondering..... So here goes.... The hotel is located in the industrial are of Albacete, good for business people... But out of the way for tourists. I walked into a nice lobby and reception area. The lobby is large (for its size hotel), tastefully designed, and with ample sitting areas. I'll note here, that the lights were off In the lobby and corridors most of my time in the hotel. This left it dark and not at all inviting! Checking in was a breeze, with courteous staff handling my reservation. I had a junior suit..... Well, it was a treat! The room was spacious, with a separate hallway, sitting area, and bedroom. It was very big, comfortable, and immaculately clean. I compliment the hotel on its choice of warm colors, quality furnishing, and modern design. Couches were super comfortable, as was the king size bed. The bed had a great and beautiful headboard, with nicely designed lighting around it. A good mini bar was supplied. Wifi is free but not the best as far as reception was concerned. There was no iron or trouser press supplied. Linens and towels and toiletries were of good quality and were generously supplied. In addition to the standard toiletries, the hotel supplied toothbrushes, combs, a razor, shoe shine sponge, shower cap, and aftershave. A very nice bonus! Robes and slippers were not supplied. The stand alone shower was absolutely great. There was also a bath, toilet, and bidet. The spa was closed from 8pm. The spa needs to be prebooked 1 hour before entering.... This was something I never came across.... Ridicules if you ask me! Why can't people just walk in..... Especially when the hotel was almost empty! I therefore missed using the spa, something that I was not to happy to have missed. The bar was well stocked, but was sterile and lacked atmosphere. Staff in the bar could do with a little interpersonal skill training... I didn't eat breakfast in the hotel so I can't comment on the food. However I did go into the kitchen to request something of one of the staff there. I was told to wait, and the waitress simply turned around and left. After waiting for 15 minutes for her to return, I gave up..... She was exceptionally rude. On the other hand Susanna at the front desk was kind, helpful and very professional. Kudos to the hotel for her. All in all, a very good establishment, that certainly would have my consideration for a return visit.... A beautiful property, with many amenities, kept in excellent condition. They need to improve on the the spa rules, staff friendliness, and switch those lights on!
This i sthe second year we have stayed here as a coach party & yet again the staff, food & facilities have been fantastic. The staff were so efficient & helpful, check in was quick which is always difficult for a large group. We had a tasting menu in the evening & the food was superb & the restaurant staff very attentive. Excellent, highly recommended, can't wait for next year. Thank you
POSITIVES A friendly welcome – English spoken and lots of tolerance for my Spanish! A smart reception space – large and airy. A big room with desk, fridge, easy chair and large TV. The room was very clean. Wifi included and a good speed Breakfast was included – lots of choice (way above the standard of US chains), freshly cooked food, lots of fruit (whole and prepared), a machine delivering real coffee. Even the breakfast room was huge with plenty of tables Plenty of parking and the hotel is very close to the freeway (but no noise). The price was less than half what I’d expect to pay for the same hotel in the USA. The town has a number of good restaurants – and the hotel serves evening meals (we didn’t try them). A very quiet room – two sets of doors between the room and corridor. Air conditioning effective and quiet. Bath towels were thick and good quality. Good quality soap and shampoo. NEGATIVES Nothing near to the hotel and not a lot in Albacete itself in terms of tourist sites. No coffee maker in the room. No iron in the room. A was worried about the address – I got the latitude and longitude from Google maps and that (and my satnav) got me there perfectly. CONCLUSION This hotel made an excellent base for touring. It was comfortable, stylish and exceptional value for money. It was a real plus to stay there!
Parking was straightforward in the underground car park. Foyer was modern although signage was limited to rooms causing some interesting diversions. Room was clean and modern with useful large desk for working on. Bathroom was clean although washbasin drained continuously. Wifi adequate. Good breakfast.
