We stayed here for our kids winter break (and to get them SCUBA certified while on the island), and it was an absolutely terrific vacation. Luz and her team were terrific from the initial greeting and walk-through to the daily servicings and keeping the villa clean.
The villa itself was extremely spacious for our family of 4, the kitchen was huge and good to prepare meals vs. having to go out to eat all the time. Plenty of towels, toiletries, other cleaning supplies to use. There was a little sitting area outside for the villa, and right next to a small pool (which was very lightly used, as most people probably were hitting the beach). There are hoses around the complex for rinsing off gear and yourself after the beach, and a few areas for hanging clothing if you are doing sink loads or laundry. There is a small laundry room which we didn't use, but good to know it is there if you wanted to pack lighter.
It was nice that they provide a bunch of snorkeling gear, even though we brought our own. The beach is across a small street, less than a few minutes walk, and the snorkeling was great just offshore. We saw turtles, rays, plenty of fish...
We rented a car to get around the island, each villa has an assigned parking spot. Definitely good to have the car to get groceries, go out to eat, etc. (and fun for us Yanks to drive on the "wrong" side of the street).
It was definitely nice to be in a low-key location vs. a busier resort (which granted, might have more amenities on site, but just depends on what kind of vacation you are looking for). That said, we'll almost certainly stay here again when we return to T&C!
