These villas contain a couple of "apartments" each, and are incredibly well maintained and wonderful to stay with. At the very furthest one from the beach you have a 2 acre walk at the most. Everything is handled perfectly and you will feel right at home.

It was fairly easy to find. Signs up to tell you which area has your villa from the private drive. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful. The Villa is beautiful and served it's purpose. The weather there was consistently 85° feeling like 95°. Beautiful sunny days. All around paradise. Short walk across the private road and through the gated entrance to a well maintained foot path to the beach. Shallow mini reefs great for beginner snorkeling starting at around 10 meters from shore. Located past the Villa umbrellas to the South and then straight on into the water. Larger reefs about 300 meters straight out from shore. This particular villa does not get cool enough at night in the upstairs bedroom. There is Zero weather stripping on the windows and doors leaving large gaps that let all the cold air out and warm air in. First night there was incredibly windy and loud from air coming in and out of that room. The balcony doors let so much air pass through that it was actually strong enough to slam the bedroom door shut in the middle of the night. We noticed there was an old iron behind the bedroom door. So obviously this was the "fix" for the slamming door. Bed was just ok not great. At the end of a week it was uncomfortable. Very squeaky wood frame when rolling over this way or that. Again adequate but not great. For as much as you pay you expect more I guess. Average bathroom which needs a slight makeover, as in need of new cabinets and or paint. There were glued on starfish decorations that had long since broken off. Just minor things. Not the end of the world, just stuff in noticed. The kitchen has what looks to be brand new appliances and a four burger gas stove. All pots, pans, plates etc. more than adequate to accommodate. We prefer to cook and had a blast in that kitchen! Was just like home. There's a water spigot and hose to rinse the beach off before going upstairs into the screened in porch area. I absolutely loved that area! We spent hours out there playing cards and dice and drinking beer at night. There's a herd of bicycles attached to this Villa and the community kayaks are below the balcony. Keep this in mind when parking. People will constantly be bumping into your rental car in your assigned Villa space with both we found. Villa is beautiful and other than the aforementioned things was incredibly clean and very well kept. The waterway in the back of the Villa was quiet. On some nights we could hear the live music coming from a local bar from the balcony. At least one house keeper will definitely visit every single day about 11 am to take your trash and refresh towels and light cleaning. They are so friendly and helpful! Loved them! I'd definitely rent in this area again just not this particular villa until the drafty doors and window issues are resolved. Some nights sounded like tropical storm wind was about to take the roof off. Poor sleep situation nightly. Hard to rate this one. Below average comfort for a bedroom. The rest of this Villa is excellent.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious villas within a stone’s throw of Grace Bay Beach. Full kitchen with all appliances and utensils you could need. Private bathroom for each bedroom. Bicycles, snorkeling gear, beach towels, etc. all provided. Very quiet and relaxing. Gorgeous landscaping. Courteous and friendly staff. A perfect place to stay.

I’m not much for touristy and crowded and this totally fit the bill. The accommodation is not luxury but clean and inviting. The beach is immaculate. We went down early one morning to find a crew raking the sand and cleaning it up! The beach umbrellas were great and never crowded during our stay. The snorkeling off the beach was fantastic. The visibility is amazing and the location couldn’t be beat. The island is small enough that everything felt nearby and we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for our kids winter break (and to get them SCUBA certified while on the island), and it was an absolutely terrific vacation. Luz and her team were terrific from the initial greeting and walk-through to the daily servicings and keeping the villa clean. The villa itself was extremely spacious for our family of 4, the kitchen was huge and good to prepare meals vs. having to go out to eat all the time. Plenty of towels, toiletries, other cleaning supplies to use. There was a little sitting area outside for the villa, and right next to a small pool (which was very lightly used, as most people probably were hitting the beach). There are hoses around the complex for rinsing off gear and yourself after the beach, and a few areas for hanging clothing if you are doing sink loads or laundry. There is a small laundry room which we didn't use, but good to know it is there if you wanted to pack lighter. It was nice that they provide a bunch of snorkeling gear, even though we brought our own. The beach is across a small street, less than a few minutes walk, and the snorkeling was great just offshore. We saw turtles, rays, plenty of fish... We rented a car to get around the island, each villa has an assigned parking spot. Definitely good to have the car to get groceries, go out to eat, etc. (and fun for us Yanks to drive on the "wrong" side of the street). It was definitely nice to be in a low-key location vs. a busier resort (which granted, might have more amenities on site, but just depends on what kind of vacation you are looking for). That said, we'll almost certainly stay here again when we return to T&C!

My husband and I enjoyed a 10 day stay at this wonderful villa recently (Orchid Villa). It's our 9th time visiting the island and our second time here. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and tidy. You can catch a beautiful sunset from the wraparound balcony, a favorite feature. It's located near Turtle Cove away from the hustle and crowd of the Grace Bay resort area which is just the way we like it. You can My husband left his jacket in the closet and Fiona was kind enough to mail it back to us immediately, no charge. Thank you Fiona and we look forward to staying with you soon.

The resort was beautiful. Friendly staff. We received a room upgrade and was pleasantly surprised. The one bedroom suite was very large. There was a restaurant onsite - however we went to the grocery store in town to purchase groceries and cooked in the room. The groceries were pricy - but less than the restaurants. Id recommend doing that.

We stayed in Hibiscus Villa at Grace Bay Ocean Beach Villas. We were greeted by Caterina upon arrival, and she showed us the amenities of the villa. The place was immaculate! Not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere, and believe me, I looked. The private beach was a few minutes' walking distance from the villa and so quiet and peaceful. It was quite nice being away from the resorts, but they were also only a 10 minute drive (recommend a car, taxis can be pricey). We BBQ's two night which was very nice and helped with the budget. All in all a great experience - I almost don't want to tell anyone!

We reached on a late evening, the villa was lit and the housekeeper was waiting for us. She informed us about all the services at the villa and restaurants nearby. We were also given a local phone and all the required contact numbers for services. We did call the housekeeper multiple times daily and she had the perfect solution to all our queries. The villa is spacious, I though it would a 1 bedroom small city apartment but it was more like 2 bedroom House. During our stay we rented a car and had an allocated parking for free for our villa. It is a 5 minute drive to the main restaurants and casinos but at the same time calm and relaxing. We had been provided like 20 beach and bath towels from day 1. We cooked up the Barb-Q one of the nights which is for all but we were the only ones that evening. The location is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. We had a fabulous time and definitely will recommend and visit again.

This is a beautiful little property, located centrally on the island. Clean, clean, clean, with very friendly and helpful staff and owners. Smith's Reef is a 20 minute snorkel down the beach, during which you will cross several coral heads full of fish/turtles/squid etc. If you like a quiet relaxing vacation, this is the place. It felt like home.
