Excelent beach site. All you can drink and eat but food is below average. Drinks are ok. Service is average, most foreign workers are great and friendly while local staff can be quite rude and unhelpful (to the point that I had to move tables arround myself at dinner to accommodate my large party). Best thing bu far is the beach.
Beach is pristine. The water is crystal clear. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The beach area is amazing. The rooms were nice and clean, no issues. The staff was ok, some were good some always seemed to be upset, although we always gave tips. We were a group of vegetarian and there was no proper food in the buffet and menu. It was difficult to figure out what we could do for the food and 1-2 days were lost figuring it out. Finally, one of the managers told us we can talk to her every morning and request the food required. The chef and the manager post that time took good care of us and made excellent vegetarian food. I did provide this feedback to the property manager. If they want to up their game, a bit more organization is needed., good potential. Overall, a good trip.

So many to name but a special thanks to Patrona and Jeff as Asu. The entertainment staff was top notch and made our nights very enjoyable. Huge shout out to Barbie, Rhyeme and Raj! We will definitely be back!!
Nice location on Grace bay beach. Good resort overall, but not a super luxury one. The chef made good veg dinner for our group upon request that we made with the manager Therena. Overall a good stay!

Alexandra was a beautiful resort with the perfect location in Provo. 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes into town and many excursion boats pick you up right in front of their beach. The water and beach is impeccably clean as well here. Nightly entertainment is also a perk. Their DJ and hosts had the guests dancing all night! Their only downfall is their food is not good. Even their steak house. Steak had no taste and full of fat. The good news is that they offer a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to their sister resort, Blue Haven and they have AMAZING food!! They are a smaller, quieter resort right on the marina that has a small man made beach but their restaurants Fire and Ice and Salt had the best lobster, filet and desserts. All in all, Alexandra was beautiful and I’d definitely go back!
Location, room cleanness - excellent. Amenities are a bit dated, but everything works. Wifi is throughout the resort and on the beach. Food and service- awful. Breakfast is OK, lunch- so so, dinner is awful! a frozen pizza would taste better than those reheated and resaved leftovers soaked in soy sauce (noodles, pork, chicken, veggies) they serve at the buffet!!! Also the staff frowns at you at your for any request whether you need a silverware that wasn't served at the table, napkin or a drink. They all look like they don't want to be there, like they hate their job. The only highlight of the trip is a sushi restaurant. Teresa, Horacio and their team were great. It was such a pleasure to eat at Dragon Orchid. if it was not for them, we would totally hate our stay at Alexandra resort (because of food and service). To Management: please, please, please train your staff!! You have a beautiful resort, it's a bit dated, but there is so much potential. You can bring the food quality at "all inclusive" to a much higher level. It doesn't have to be fancy, just please make it edible and pleasant.

Alexandra was an excellent choice if you’re looking for a fun, all inclusive vacation in TCI. Great beach. Great service. Clean, large rooms. Highly recommend beachfront suite. Food is good, not 5 star but it’s good and multiple options. Would return.
Great overall experience. Food was good, beach was beautiful, 40 and ray ray are excellent beach bar host. Only issue I had was the TV in my room did not work. After calling to have it fixed like 5x someone came and fixed and it worked for an hr and stopped working again. I didn’t bother calling it in again because the chances of someone coming back was slim.
The property was very clean and staff very accommodating. Beach spectacular. Food was good not excellent. No waits for any of the restaurants. Mostly all adult resort. Which is what we were looking for. Must take shuttle to visit sister hotel -Blue Haven. Paid $67 each way in advance for shuttle from airport to hotel. Taxi only $28 eac way. A disaster trying to gain authorization into TCI. All in all I would definitely recommend The Alexandra Resort
I loved the staff especially the bartender Scott! He was AMAZING! The property was nice and clean. The room could uses a face lift especially the bathroom.
I was drawn to this property because it is All-Inclusive. Biggest issue is the menu selection-the offerings don’t change. Also disappointing that the restaurants aren’t open every day. The quality of the food was decent; just bland. The overall location of the resort was an easy access to the beach and activities were plentiful. Nightlife was non existent. Highly recommend that everyone bring sunblock & mosquito spray!!!!!!
