Went with my 3 kids under 10, my husband, my 37 year old sister in law and 70 year mother in law and had a great time. Small enough for the kids and grandma to get around easily and be independent but plenty to do. Can walk to snorkeling off the beach and also walk to boat for reef snorkeling. Liked that there were sister resorts to visit (although I think Alexandra is best) and shopping was bike or easy taxi. Overall, loved the experience. The rooms are a bit run down and recommend getting at least a 1 bedroom - the other rooms were quite small.

Property is not huge, but that was great for a family with little kids. The beach is out of this world!!! he staff is super helpful and nice, always going out of their way to help. The suite was huge, the single room was average sized for a hotel room. The property is a bit outdated but also less expensive than many places nearby. Definitely a great place to bring family or friends and have a wonderful relaxing holiday.

All inclusive, the cleanliness of the property and food choices. Great staff who are very helpful and nice.

We came here on our honeymoon in Jan 2020 & were just generally underwhelmed by the resort. Upon arrival, we sat at one of their restaurants for +10 minutes for someone to greet us- servers seemed to purposely be avoiding eye contact with us as we waited. Definitely didn’t get us started on the right foot. Overall service was ehh. They are 100% on island time. The food was ehh to bad. The other sister resorts you can visit & dine at had much better food, but then you have to deal with the resort shuttle. At check-in, they made it clear it leaves on time, it wasn’t. Also shuttle was on first come basis - but no. There was no organization, instead it was who could get closest to the shuttle as it pulled up. Despite the 6:20 shuttle always being packed, they didn’t run a 2nd shuttle to alleviate that. Making travel to a sister resort a total pain. Our room was ok- it was dated with the exception of the kitchen. We opted for a 1 bedroom suite, which we appreciated the extra room. Worst part - the bed, it was terribly uncomfortable. My husband maybe got 2-3 hours each night due to the bed. Additionally the temperature was a challenge. The minimum temp on the thermostat was 72 degrees Fahrenheit - a bit warm when outside is 75 degrees. The bedsheet was like a space blanket locking in every bit of heat. PROS: beautiful beachfront (like all T&C resorts), not too crowded (in January), free WiFi (slow and glitchy). We won’t return to this resort.

Clean, very friendly staff, easy access to beach and pool.

Loved how you can stay at 1 Resort, play at 3. The food was good except for the fish deck restaurant. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned, staff super friendly.

The property is a short distance drive and the beach is amazing. The swim up bar sucks and the liquor options sucked even more.

The one bedroom apartment that I stayed in pool view it was excellent. Look to me like it was just build The day before I got there the property was clean and groomed

Gorgeous property and the beachfront is stunning! Friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay for our ten year wedding anniversary!

The sand and the beach water was beautiful. Would want to go back.

Incredible location on the beach, small property with easy access to pool, restaurants, bar and beach. The cons: Very slow service everywhere- I understand “island time” but when you are hungry and half the restaurant is empty it still takes them forever to sit you down especially at dinner and bring drinks etc. Beach service pretty much non existent- left over plates and cups, dirty towels. We always got our own drinks because the wait time was forever.

The property was not that big compared to other resorts which was a good thing. The food was good and access to beach/pool chairs was always a plus. The best part of it all was the beach itself. Definitely would recommend this resort.

This property right on grace bay beach. You can play at the two other sister resorts Beach house and Blue Haven. Love to be in all inclusive hotel. Fish deck was great too. The staffs were excellent, they were taking care of us Jessica always greeted us with big smile every morning. Could not ask for more. The only thing i noticed was the shelving mirror pretty rustic. Room is a bit outdated.
