The property is a short distance drive and the beach is amazing. The swim up bar sucks and the liquor options sucked even more.

The one bedroom apartment that I stayed in pool view it was excellent. Look to me like it was just build The day before I got there the property was clean and groomed

Gorgeous property and the beachfront is stunning! Friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay for our ten year wedding anniversary!

The sand and the beach water was beautiful. Would want to go back.

Incredible location on the beach, small property with easy access to pool, restaurants, bar and beach. The cons: Very slow service everywhere- I understand “island time” but when you are hungry and half the restaurant is empty it still takes them forever to sit you down especially at dinner and bring drinks etc. Beach service pretty much non existent- left over plates and cups, dirty towels. We always got our own drinks because the wait time was forever.

The property was not that big compared to other resorts which was a good thing. The food was good and access to beach/pool chairs was always a plus. The best part of it all was the beach itself. Definitely would recommend this resort.

This property right on grace bay beach. You can play at the two other sister resorts Beach house and Blue Haven. Love to be in all inclusive hotel. Fish deck was great too. The staffs were excellent, they were taking care of us Jessica always greeted us with big smile every morning. Could not ask for more. The only thing i noticed was the shelving mirror pretty rustic. Room is a bit outdated.

Liked the atmosphere, the room, the beach is amazing. Disliked there was no lotion provided like any other hotel, you had to ask 3 times to order food or anything if ordering to go (not at restaurant) this happened 5 times, and overall half the staff seemed disinterested...not rude but sometimes seemed annoyed with you.

Perfect view and incredible amenities. Will go back!

Really liked the SUP boards and bikes!!! Food and Staff were amazing!

Staff was incredible, food was good, having the option to use the sister properties was great. Nothing I would’ve changed about this trip.

This was supposed to be all inclusive. Getting a beverage or a staff member to bring you anything was non existent. They have absolutely no idea what all inclusive means. No waitstaff on the beach, bartenders were less than helpful. No on had any speed in them. They ran out of kettle, there only beer was light or dark... very dissatisfied

The beach is spectacular and the chairs were comfortable. The welcome desk and staff are very busy fielding guest requests. Grounds and service were subpar in comparison to similar all inclusive we have stayed at.

The place is beautiful, the staff is really nice but really bad organized. We felt really badly the lack of management. At arrival it took us 3 hours to get the room, first they gave us a wrong room and after unpacking we were called that we needed to change, then the second room (which we had to wait because it wasn't ready yet) they gave us was not what we booked (queen bed instead of king), we still had to wait to get the final room. By the way if you arrive before 3 pm you will not be able to get your room right away, check-in time is 3pm. They have three restaurant but only two are open daily, one night we were told in one that there was a waiting time of one and a half hour, we went to the other and even though they had 11 tables available we had to wait for at least thirty minutes and we were seated only after complaining. There is only one bar (I don't consider the second because there is only access from the swimming pool) and only one waiter so be patient and wait for your drink. It's a shame because the place is beautiful but it's really bad managed.
