La Quinta Inn & Suites Warwick/Providence Airport

The nicest, warmest and friendluest hotel staff is the one at the LaQuinta at PVD airport. Led by their kind manager, everyone from the reception clerk to the driver is warm, down to earth and will do what they can for their guests. I was on a stopover and beeded to go to an office supply store before my flight. The were concerned when I did bot call on time and sent the driver to get me so I could get to my flight on time. Wonderful people I will go out if my way to see again.

Basic hotel with no frills, but nothing to complain about either. Quiet with decent parking and a restaurant across the parking lot.

The hotel and room have odd smell. Durty rug, simple breakfast.

Was in town for Comicon. The hotel was a good value and clean.

Ended up here because the first three closest hotels to Providence Airport (TF Green) were full. It was the cheapest but the place is worn out, the elevator was scary, the shower faucet would not shut off and the tub drain gurgled because of the water flow. Needs renovation. Would tell a friend to only stay there is necessary.

Too much noise from other rooms, hallway, & nearby interstate. Room was clean, but lacking in toiletries. Staff were pleasant & helpful.

You can smell dog odor immediately when you step into the hotel. This is dog friendly hotel.

VERY basic accommodations. Two bath towels, tow hand towels, two face cloths, no plastic liners in wastebaskets, bare walls, shower curtain barely long enough, TV was fine however. Room with King, Asked to switch to King Suite, two steps in, slightly larger room with couch instead of chair and a heavily stained carpet. Stayed with original room assignment. Employees were working hard to clean, but heavily used hotel. Staff very courteous & helpful

The hotel was very close to the airport. Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. Staff was professional, but not very friendly. I would utilize this hotel again. Nothing really remarkable to comment upon, but nothing bad either. .

We enjoyed our visit. Staff was great. Proximity to airport was an important reason for staying at this establishment.

l was visiting family in Cranston and will be doing so three times a year on average.

This hotel has smoking rooms. So it attracted people we didn't want to live next door to. The laundry room is on the smoking floor. Gag, major stinky down there. And when they walk around the lobby it smells like the 70's all over again. Cigarette smell!!! Pool is locked early, no jacuzzi, I will not go back there...

Hotel was generally clean as was the room. My only displeasure was that we specifically asked that our room be cleaned as we were heading out of the hotel. We returned to an unmade bed, and everything else in the same condition we'd left it. So, between front desk and housekeeping, we were denied a clean room on our second night.

Minuses: 1) s-l-o-o-o-w wifi 2) breakfast not very good - no hard-boiled eggs for more than an hour before close of breakfast room 3) price a little high - Best Western was about $6 more/night, but we wouldn't have had to go out for breakfast 4) couldn't get closed captioning to work on TV to keep sound level down. Pluses: 1) very comfortable bed 2) good lights - could read in bed, at desk, at chair 3) comfortable easy chair 4) room was ... roomy 4) a/c (and heat in winter) is controlled by thermostat 5) TV 6) 2 newspapers - PJ & USA Today 7) maybe good sound-proofing - they take dogs, but we never heard a bark. On the whole, average or a little below for us. If the minuses mean less to you than to us or the pluses mean more, you'll like this place better than we did.

Hotel was not well kept, had a bad smell throughout. Staff was not friendly and the breakfast was sub par at best.

We stayed one night in order to be at a college tour the next morning. Worth the short extra drive in order to save the money we would have spent staying closer to downtown Providence. Ate at an Italian place in Federal Hill with the money we saved. The room was clean and plenty big enough for my wife, teenage son, and me. Breakfast was adequate, and it gave us something before heading to the school.

Nice staff, close by airport, hotel needs a little renovation but overall a good stay.

Hotel very helpful when we whee having rent a car problems .

Excellent except that the airport shuttle was broken

very clean, only needs a small fridge in the room.

Thank you for your feedback. There were many dogs in the hotel at that time due to a local dog show. We have immediately shampooed the carpets and deep-cleaned and disinfected the source of the odor.
