When I was checking in a very tired looking woman was using a phone at the desk to book a hotel somewhere else. The desk clerk mentioned it was parents week for a university in the area. I was glad I had booked well in advance. Then I got to my room in this 100% non-smoking facility and it smelled like cigarette smoke. I knew from the scene at check in I wasn’t likely to get another room, so I went to the front desk and stated I was willing to deal with it for the night, but did not want to be charged for it. The desk clerk said he would make a note of it but did not do so in front of me. I noticed when I opened the windows to air out the room that there was a gazebo directly under my room. I think it may have been the smoking area for the hotel and possibly the source of the smoke smell. I really hate cigarette smoke and am sensitive to it. The smell made the whole room seem dirty and gross. I accepted the situation because it was late, I was tired, and it was clear the area had an acute room shortage.

Need real milk in your breakfast bar. Only chemical creamers!

This hotel is less than a mile from the airport and it took over an hour for the courtesy van to arrive, due to the driver also being the on-duty manager, and front-desk clerk. I purposely booked this hotel due to the shuttle and on Sat. morning after arriving very late Fri. night, I found out the shuttle does not operate on the weekends, so I was forced to pay for a cab back to the airport, as this was not their issue. I would not stay at this hotel again, if someone paid me to do so.

Just what I needed, Jenn is the best!!! Great location right near the Warwick Mall

Clean, friendly, basic accommodations right near TFG airport. Nothing Fancy, but a great price

Overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the complimentary breakfast was bare bones. It could be improved by adding cereal and yogurt

I was a little disappointed of how small the room was considering it was a suite. There were 3 of us staying in the room & it was a little tight. I was not happy that because we stay less than 7 days there were no room service provided, that was not something I was told before hand, we had to make our own bed & take out the trash our self. Didn't find there was much to do in the area besides the mall. However the staff were wonderful & very accommodating.

Hotel was under construction with no warning that renovations were going on. The rooms did not even have the basics.. No sheet or blankets for the sleeper bed. Only 2 glasses and 2 forks for 4 person room. Breakfast had 1 single bagel available, stale coffee, and juice. Not even enough to feed one person, much less the four of us or anyone else staying at the hotel!

I stayed at this extended stay hotel because I was visiting my daughter who was also staying there. She just had her first baby and I loved being just across the hall from her. I did have to cancel one day of my stay because of Holiday traffic for the July Fourth week. I am still trying to get a refund for the cancelled day. The staff at this extended stay went above and beyond.

I needed a comfy room for a night and this place was a perfect location to stay. Clean, friendly, and wonderful.

This was on an industrial road near the highway but well lit and safe. There were many blue collar men staying at this hotel. While we didn't see families, there was no reason not to have them stay here. The rooms were clean, provided free snacks and water and included a living room and kitchen. Breakfast was merely juice, coffee and bagels and cream cheese (and some prewrapped muffins) but that was all we needed to start our day. I'd stay again with the whole family - once the girls realized there was no pool.

smoking room smells very strong. Other than that it had everything we needed. nice place.

Confusing arrangements for getting to PVD airport. Just by coincidence, I told the evening clerk that I'd need an early morning ride to the airport, so she arranged transport - even though not her job. I was surprised that no easy, routine transport existed.

My purpose was to see family, but be free to come and go as I pleased. The Homestead was a perfect central location and provided me with the privacy I needed. All staff were pleasent and professional. The price I paid was well worth it.The rules of getting replacement towels, daily service only upon request may bother some, but that's how the price is kept at such a affordable loc one time fee to access the internet ($5.00), it was nice to see the paper at your door each mation.[...]Although I paid aorning for free.I am a heavy traveler and I would feel very comfortable suggesting this location to any of my friends.
