This hotel was located in a great area and close to stores & restaurants. The Irish Pub next door was great & the food was good. The breakfast room was nice and had a good selection of breakfast foods. We also appreciated that the breakfast was open until 10 am (most hotels close them early). The room was clean and comfortable. The only hitch was that we noticed our "peep" hole in the door was backwards so we couldn't see out but people could see in (oh no!). The manager was really embarrassed and covered the hole immediately. He stated that the doors had recently been painted and it obviously had been put on incorrectly. Just made me think of checking the "peep" holes from now on when I stay in a hotel room (haha). We would definitely stay here again!

spent the day in Providence and this was the perfect place to stay. Easy on and off 195. close to convenient restaurants.

Rooms appear newly renovated. Family friendly. Children love swimming in the pool. Hotel is convenient and close to Providence . Staff is friendly and accommodating.

We were visiting family and needed a place to stay that was not pricey but clean and comfortable and quiet. This met all our needs. We will definitely choose this again.

its just an ordinary older hotel. nice restraunts, next to highway and other major routes. very nice staff. great breakfasts. not fancy or spacious. rooms are good for washing up and sleeping, thats it. you get what u pay for.

Staff was great. Room needed improvement. Bathroom Mirror was chipping and toilet would run. Heating/cooling system outdated. Bad odor in hallway

Stayed at the Ramada while spending a weekend in Providence, RI. The place is quite reasonable, and for <$100 per night you can't beat the value. Room was a little small but otherwise comfy and I hadn't planned to spend much time there anyway. Only problem was computer in lobby to print out boarding passes was EXTREMELY slow! Otherwise, it was fine for what I was seeking.

The hotel was great. The staff is very friendly. The pool area was very nice and clean. The rooms were neat and clean. The resteraunt that is attached to the hotel was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice romantic getaway. Its also close to shopping centers, and movie theaters.

From the moment we arrived, things just didn't feel right. We had to take a smoking room since they had nothing else available. The gentleman checking us in did spray air freshner to try to help. The bathroom needed serious remodeling - the mold was growing rapidly. We were glad this was just a stopping place for the evening only because for the feeling we got from it.

The check in was quick, and the hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk also took it upon themselves to arrange for a cab downtown later on. I also loved that checkout was not untill Noon.

Everything at the hotel was fine, staff was very friendly, things were clean. Easy check in and out. Only stayed one night so not too much to review. Ate at the italian restaurant on site, it was very good!

We were looking for a place to stay for the night with a pool. The pool was cloudy and I couldn't bring myself to go in. My daughter went in and had fun!! The room was good, cleaner than others I have been in. The breakfast was GREAT!!

The room had a musty oder when we arrived but the room was clean.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful!

Basically the hotel is okay - it definately needs repair. We didn't get our room cleaned on Sunday because they ran out of sheets. We also asked for our sheets to be cleaned each day - it did not happen, they only made the beds. It is convenient to my daughter - the only reason I would stay there - but I realized there are several other hotels very close to the same location.

Only complaint was a poor and limited continental breakfast set up in a out-of-the-way meeting room.

the rooms where smaller and over priced the pool cosed at 10 their wasn't any towels at the pool and this is after I called the front desk and ask them about the towls at the pool their was a resturant next door that was over price and the waitress seemed verry nervuse when serving us. The drinks where way over priced, what I payed their I could have had the same amount to drink at an appelbee's or rubytuesdays for half the amout I payed their. The food was good and almost but their wasn't much for a menue. When I woke up in the morning the hall way was a mess the staff started nocking on the doors befor we even cheacked out and they say sleep in all u want. The rooms where just offel for color the tv was small and didn't get all the same channels as the bar next door did. The front desk staff didn't know what to say when someone ask for dirrections. When walking from my room to the front desk I had to see at lest 4 or 5 bags of emty chips on the floor I just don't get why that would still be their at 11 30 am dosen't the staff walk by this stuff? all in all I feel it was over priced and their staff could be doing better also it wouldn't hurt to leve the pool open all night and remodel a bit.

We were in RI to take my daughter on her college campus visit. When we arrived at the hotel, the stairwell to the entrance closet to our room was very dirty and had coffee cups sitting in the window. In the rooms were two chairs one of which the legs were missing off of. I went to plug my lap top into the outlet and there were no covers on the outlet. At night the room was warm and muggy and we could not turn on the air. I called the front desk several times and got no answer. I went down to go to the front desk only to find I had to go outside to get to it. I went back to my room and called and was told the air was not on for the season yet, but I could open a window to let cool air in. Needless to say, after a 16 hour drive from Chicago, I was not happy.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with information on local attractions and services.

Hotel is clean, great location but dated. Carpets and bedding is older, however very clean. It is a clean inexpensive location. Needs a makeover but in the meantime it is a clean comfortable location for the price.
