Checked in at 8:40 pm and they only had one of my rooms ready, made me wait an hour for the other room, no comps or anything, then my keys didn’t work for the room and by the time I was able to find out I went back down and the rude guy at the desk says nothing I can do right now I have night audit going check back in 15 mins! For a place that’s supposed to be a 4 star resort the service isn’t very good! Doubtful I will be staying at this place again
We stayed in the newer Promenade Tower and even though it was a little ways off from the casino, it was very nice, quiet, updated facility. Very nice.
