Princeville Oceanfront Villas

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The photos on Orbitz were of a different unit. This management company places you in a random property so you can't trust the photos. Some of the amenities listed were false, such as the air conditioning and on site bar. Also the unit was on a high cliff with only a very long muddy trail to the beach. Ask questions before booking.

I've been to several Hawaiian Islands but Kaua'i is THE place to be if you want to relax and at home in Hawaii. The Princeville area does see more clouds but the cliffs and beaches and small inviting towns more than make up for it. Condo living on Hawaii is the way to go! This property sits ALMOST on the cliffs overlooking stunning views of the coast and on the 15th tee of a great golf course. The only problem I had was not enough time to explore the entire island.

Aloha, and mahalo for your comments. When you were communicating with us while you were here on island, I explained that you had requested through Orbitz a vacation rental category, not a a specific unit, and that we only offer individually owned private condominiums, not hotel rooms. The photos on the website are of various units in the category you chose. We do offer the option of choosing a specific unit, but you chose a package deal from Orbitz. I also reviewed our advertisement with you to show that we absolutely did not indicate air conditioning was available, and you were unable to show me where you saw that information. Princeville, the area you requested, is located on a bluff. The best beaches are a 10 minute drive, west to Hanalei, east to Anini. Please do some research about where you are planning to stay before making a reservation thousands of miles from home!
