The location for this property is great--you can walk to dozens of places to eat and shop. They are big on recycling and the rooms are comfortable. But there was road noise below our room, no fitness center (although you could get a pass for one a few blocks away), the outlets were only by the beds and there was only one small elevator. Wifi worked well, and the breakfast was adequate.

I concur with the positive comments regarding refurbished rooms. I'm glad the hotel improved these rooms and made them more contemporary. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave available. Close to everything.

Booking a hotel room in Charlottetown during summer is challenging especially if it is last minute. The only room that was available to us was a king size bed "efficiency" room for a whooping $287! The room had a kitchen and is fairly good size. However, there is only one main air-conditioning unit to cool the whole room! The king sized bed was situated with a wall partition and hence the cool air is not getting into the room. Take note that there is a cooling fan situated inside the room. I am glad that we only stayed one night. For $287 plus taxes and such, I was definitely not impressed. The room is also a bit worn down and carpets needs replacement.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being within a few blocks of the downtown area with its many restaurants. Our recently refurbished room with two queen beds was spacious and nicely furnished, as well as having a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean and a decent size too. Free Wi-Fi worked very well and the complimentary breakfast was good, with ham, sausage and scrambled eggs as hot items. Staff were outstanding: at breakfast, one of the staff on duty rushed off to make decaf coffee for us which arrived very quickly and was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel situated within walking distance of everything you need including shops, restaurants, banks, pubs and Holland College. It is clean, quiet and very modern. Well worth what you pay.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Good location. Friendly front desk people. Free breakfast but tends to get crowded. Get down there early. Good location within walking distance of shopping and harbor. Very close...0.2 mile to Hunter's Ale seafood chowder hands down!!!

We stayed for two nights at the Quality Inn & Suites, in Downtown Charlottetown. We found it very clean, very quiet, very roomy and comfortable, (2 Queen beds), and at a very good location. We walked to everything we wanted to see downtown, within 5-10 minutes of leaving the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in that they went out of their way to show us, and mark on our map, the good spots to eat, the major attractions, etc. They even walked us out of the hotel in order to show us a good shortcut to carve off a few corners! Breakfast in the mornings was pretty good....the usual fare and nothing out of the ordinary, but kept us going until lunch time! Free parking, free wifi....what more can you ask for??

Good location close to downtown, good beds, quiet rooms, friendly staff especially Mikayla in Food Services - stayed open a bit late to accommodate 3 thirsty travellers and was very friendly, outgoing & entertaining!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel is. The room we stayed in was very clean, large (2 Queen beds), and quiet. It's a 5-7 minute stroll to everything you want to see in Charlottetown. We also had free parking which was great! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly. The thing that suprised me the most was the food that was served in their restaurant. The food was excellent. I have to thank my server Nickayla. My experience at this hotel was excellent. I look foward to staying again.
