We stayed at the Inn on the Hill (Quality Inn & Suites) on Saturday, April 14, and had a wonderful stay! Check-in was quick, easy, and the bearded you man was very nice. Room was great and we had a peaceful nights sleep. We have stayed here numerous times as we love it and how close it is to everything we want to do downtown; without braking the budget. Already we’re looking forward to our next stay:) If my ratings don’t show I’d give it five stars for service, value, and rooms.

On April 6th I came to stay at the quality inn with some friends from Halifax for one night. During this stay we had rowdy guests continuously try to come into our room. We were woken up 4 times in one night by people banging on our door. Being young girls alone in the room this was TERRIFYING. At one point a woman was banging on the door saying if we don’t open up she would break down the door. We have never met or spoken to these people. Each time we would just call the front desk and the receptionist would come and just clear the people BUT THEN IT WOULD HAPPEN AGAIN. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of safety concerns for other guests. I was also told that the owner would be contacted to work out some sort of compensation but I never received email or anything. After a SLEEPLESS SCARY NIGHT I will never be staying here again.

We booked in with the Quality Inn for our Jack Frost Family package and we were so pleased with the service from the hotel! The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel was walking distance to the centre of Charlottetown, clean, tidy and well kept. The package we bought had some 'VIP perks' like nightly bed time snack delivery and a welcome bag for my daughter which was a really nice touch! We were very pleased with the overall feel and service from the hotel and with the whole VIP package we purchased for the festival. Thanks very much for the great weekend! My only criticism is that the restaurant seemed to be very understaffed both for dinner service Saturday night and lunch on Sunday. There was only 1 server both times and the poor girl was run off her feet. She was pleasant and trying very hard but service suffered due to the lack of staff.

We spent one night - a mini getaway with another couple. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean and quiet. The location was ideal for local restaurants. The staff were friendly. Overall, good value for the money.

A very friendly, good location, nice and big suite, very clean, comfortable bed with a family type restaurant. Hot breakfast was included. You can make your own waffle, all kind of choices. . The seafood chowder is excellent. Daily special offer on every day. Reasonable price and services is great. I travel to PEI very often for business, I stay in this hotel every time that I go over from Halifax, I feel like at home for every staff is so nice and friendly,

I stayed here on my trip out east and I was very happy. I stayed with my dog and they were more than welcoming to us both. My room was better than I expected and probably the best place I stayed out east. I would definitely stay here again.

Hi there, stayed here recently great location. Rooms were remodeled and very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful. I must say I was impressed with the continental breakfast loads of choices hot and fresh top notch. Loved the eggs the male Chef was very professional and a nice older Lady was working as well, breakfast helped to top off a great stay thank you

We like this location because it is so close to walk to everywhere downtown. Stayed two nights in Summerville House one of the annexes. Nice king room with lots of space, a microwave, fridge and a few dishes. There was a coffee maker with tea and coffee but no decaffeinated tea. No decaf tea in the lobby either. There were a couple of bottles of wine in the room available for purchase for $19.95. If they had been a local PEI wine we may have been tempted! Staff were always friendly and helpful. No pool on site but you can get a pass for use of the one up the road. WiFi worked great even with both of us on it at the same time.

I stayed here for 3 nights for work. The check in was very prompt and professional. The hotel actually has 3 buildings and I was in one of the annexes. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Having said that, it could use an upgrade as the hardwood floors are worn out. The standard budget hotel breakfast was adequate however I would have preferred an actual breakfast menu. The hotel does not have a gym which is annoying. They do give you passes to the UPEI gym but after a long day I don't want to leave the hotel. Overall I was satisfied and would have no problem staying here again.

We stayed in one of the annexes next to the main building in a king sized room. The room was very clean, spacious, and had an adequately sized bathroom. The room also had a microwave and a mini fridge. I found the room to be quiet even though it was on the ground floor. I would stay here again.
