Room, staff, cleanliness, etc. were fine. Our main problems were with the restaurant and the breakfast. We ordered BBQ ribs and chicken Alfredo. The ribs were supposed to be "fall off the bone tender" but were dry, chewy, and never going to "fall off the bone". There was no sauce at all. The mashed potatoes were stale, and the salad was average. We sent them back. The chicken Alfredo was ok, though a little under seasoned and the noodles were over cooked and gummy. The soup was under seasoned as well; I didn't finish either one. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The eggs were over-cooked, and there were no sweet rolls, not even a bagel. Just half-empty bags of white and wheat breads thrown on the counter. Minimal other selections. We stayed at another brand of hotel for 2 other nights, and I would rate their breakfasts at an 8 and a 10. This breakfast would barely get a 3. For a hotel with a full-service restaurant it was very disappointing.
Beds are more firm than I like but otherwise good hotel! Convenient for Parent visits to Elements Wilderness Program.
We flew into Price in our little plane and someone from the hotel quickly picked us up. The room allowed our little travel dog for only an additional small fee. The restaurant had excellent food. When we left there was again a ride for us out to the airport. We would definitely stay again.
The room wasn't the cleanest. We found blood stains on the outlet as well as the wall, which was kind of weird.
Huge facility, spacious room, breakfast had a waffle maker, yogurt, apple, banana, juice, cereal, pastries. Dinner on site with reasonably priced menu, bar on site, conference room on site, pool (an all in one location), staff VERY helpful, warm and friendly, they go the extra mile. Only downside, no elevator. World class museum nearby - archeology and paleontology, also home to the clean museum. A must place to stay.
Nice hotel but one draw back no elevator it sucks having to take your luggage up stairs other than that it was a pleasant stay
This is a dog-friendly place which we really appreciate. The dogs in our wing got a little raucous in the evening but not enough to disturb our stay. It is convenient to have a steakhouse restaurant on site but the service needed improvement. Very happy with the condition of the facility including the indoor pool. Plenty of parking. The bed was a little too firm for our liking, though.
Hotel is nice and clean. Restaurants over there is nice too and not expensive. The staff serves friendly.
Fast check-in, nice room, very quiet, ok breakfast
We have stayed her multiple times over the years but we were disappointed this year. We stayed in a pet room with our dog (which we do all the time) but the room (carpet) smelled of pet urine. When I called down they didn't have another room they could move us to, but they did send maintenance immediately to spray the carpet with disinfectant (which did help). The pet area does not look like it has been cleaned in a year and there is decaying dog feces in all of the rock surrounding the doors of the hotel. There are signs asking for owners to clean up after their dogs (which they should, but we all know there are those that don't) but the hotel should have staff also clean up after the irresponsible ones. I left feeling "icky". Also the breakfast this time was only waffles and danishes and was not well attended to. People were constantly asking the staff for forks, etc. We will stay somewhere else from now on.
This hotel is your average right off the highway stay! The room was nice and was just what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.
I was recently in town for a road race which meant that I wasn't getting back to the room until after the typical check-out time. However, the staff was very understanding in giving me plenty of time to get back and clean up before heading out! The rooms were clean and the price was great. It was my second time staying there, and when I return to the area, I'll pick the hotel again.
It was a convenient location for us to stay, for the Castle valley pageant. Staff was helpful. The Room was nice and clean.
This hotel in price was nice and the staff was helpful
Price, UT, is in a small valley surrounded by mesas and bluffs. A very pretty location. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly and checked us in quickly. She made sure that the correct account was properly accredited. We had a "king-size bed with sofa" room in the back. The room was very clean and comfortable. Two small nits - I would have liked double sinks in the bathroom, and the microwave oven was so short I couldn't fit my travel-mug in it. The restaurant menu had a good selection of food, and the items we ordered were prepared well. The room was quiet during the night, and the bed was comfortable.
Restaurant was excellent. Kids enjoyed the pool. Show of wear was moderate
I read that there was no breakfast served, so I went to the front desk to ask why and the manager said, "We have a full service restraunt right there." I said, "Well, you don't have a full service hotel right here then, do you?" She said something about trying to get corporate to include breakfast in the future. Any other "hotel" (motel) in Price serves at least a continental breakfast, but not this one. I won't stay there again! Nothing exceptional there!
Very nice kids enjoyed it and so did my wife would stay there again
Staff was very plesent and helpful. Rooms were nice. A good stay
It is a good clean place to stay. Was nice an quiet.
