We go through Price about twice a year now. This has become our hotel when we do. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. One thing that _NEEDS_ to be addressed is the slick floor in the pool area. I saw three people that were walking slowly fall.
Above and beyond is how I would describe the staff and their attitude, it wasn't just a job. The hotel sparkled inside and out. They were extremely helpful with all the questions I had. Office personnel kept their doors open and greeted everyone as they walked by. The pool was crystal clear and clean area surrounding it. Breakfast offered many different choices, most was the usual hotel breakfast things but they were always kept hot and full, nothing was ever half full. Counters were exceptionally clean as was the seating area. Our room was clean enough and comfortable enough, and it was very quiet.
I thought that room along with the hotel was warm and welcoming. Our room had a lot to offer for us. From our comfortable queen sized soft bed, direct tv service on a decently sized flat screen tv (which included HBO and Cinimax for free), romantic lighting throughout, a desk with electronic connections that would be awesome for extended stays for business people along with rolling desk chair, good temperature control, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a lounge couch. The bathroom was spacious with a shower/bathtub design and sink with plenty of counter space along with storage. In the morning they offer a deluxe continental breakfast that beats most with the shear variety of food that they provide. I would stay here again if I had the chance to!
Awesome experience on this hotel! Brand new hotel with very good breakfast. Staffs are very nice and helpful! we definitely will stay again next time when we go to Arches.
