Da Donatuccia is a simple and cozy apartment with large and cool spaces.
The entrance to the house with its typical star vaults is into the living room, furnished with a dining room and 2 single sofa beds. Next to it is the well-equipped kitchen, from which you can exit to the back garden, equipped for spending time outdoors.
The sleeping area is completed by 1 double bedroom. Present are 1 bathroom with a bathtub in the master bedroom, and 1 external service bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.

Presicce is counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy, with its churches, underground oil mills, palaces, hanging gardens and pretty courtyards.
Together with Acquarica del Capo, it forms a municipality in the heart of Lower Salento, less than 10 km from the long golden beaches of Lido Marini on the Ionian Sea, the Marina di Pescoluse and Torre Vado.
Santa Maria di Leuca is only 15 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom is external and service.
