I would stay here again. The only thing is that the really need to update their beds! They suck. When I sat on the middle of the bed the foot of the bed would lift up. The room was quite clean and the hotel was quiet. Staff was nice. They do however, need to pick up some of the trash around the grounds.

Hotel stay was great and stay was very comfortable. Service was great also. Would stay there again.

The staff at this motel were the best, polite and went out of their way to assist.

Opted to stay here instead of at the quilt camp down the road so that I could sleep. Everything is great about this hotel, but the mattress is extremely firm. Just slightly less firm and this would've been an outstanding 5 star review all around.

I had a great stay at this Comfort Inn. Room was very clean and updated. Had some nice extras like a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Nice flat panel TV in the room, appreciated that they didn't disable the side inputs on the TV (like most hotels do) so I was able to hook up my Xbox for games and DVD's. The king bed had newer sheets and five pillows. I also loved the location. Set back near the forest a bit but still only a ten minute drive to downtown. There is a Dominos Pizza just down the street that had no problem delivering right to my room and they were open until 1 AM on a weeknight.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful on several occasions. On my first night's stay, I was awakened by a group of people partying on the porch next to my room. After an hour, I called the front desk. Although it was 3am, the front desk attendant answered after one ring, sympathized with my frustration, and promptly addressed the situation. I was very pleased to resume a sound night's sleep and thankful for the staff's quick and courteous response. Aside from this one group of guests, the hotel was otherwise peaceful for the duration of my stay.

It was a good place to stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. But nothing special. We went for an 88th birthday celebration/family reunion and reserved 3+ rooms. Unfortunately the rooms were in different buildings and different floors. A pain with trying to strategize the loading and unloading of our luggage. Although the staff was OK and no real complaints, they lacked a certain professionalism that we are accustomed to. They do need to seriously consider adding seating to the breakfast area. We ate standing up in the parking lot the first morning of our stay. The one major complaint for our part is that the room key card did not work. It took several attempts to finally get the door to unlock and open. We did get new 'key cards' reissued (X 3), but the problems persisted to the point that one of us would have to stay in the room while the other grabbed food from the buffet. (Tip: Eat breakfast in your room) At the time of our stay, there was construction on the major road. We stayed Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Fortunately, we only had to endure construction noise on Monday morning.

Nice, clean, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast, fair price! I'll definitely be back.

heck in was very good, Room had a major problem. The toilet seat was about to Fall off. Had to go to the office and borrow a Table knife and a pair of Pilers to tighten up one of the suppoet screws to keep the seat from Fallinf off. Returnedthe make shif tool after I made the repair. The bed top cover was stained with food on the top edge that anyone could see while lying in the bed. The lady that checked me in was the only experance that was a pleasure and supplied me with the tools to make the repair to the tiolet.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. I liked how the hotel was tucked away up the mountain road!

A DUMP better not happen again. When I was looking at the Comfort Suites on line it was in Prescott Valley not Prescott. Next time you but in I wouldn't be so hasty.

This hotel is a DUMP. It needs enouth for the amount of rooms. No elevators. Located at the end of Prescott which was West. We wanted to be on the North end in Prescott Valley

The breakfast (included was great) every morning from 7 AM on.

airconditioner didn't work,no place to walk your dog, for being pet friendly, one of the headboards was broken and just sitting on floor behind bed, the door handle came off as we were leaving. will not go back. second bad experience, with comfort inn

Perfect location and excellent room. We stay here every time we visit Prescott.

Peaceful and quiet stay in the pines. Just a short drive from down town.

Everything fine except the heat lamp in the bathroom was not operable. Room was clean and was A good deal for price The continental breakfast was very good with excellent coffee.

Comfort Inn in Prescott seemed like a great choice - quieter and off the beaten track. The room was clean and upgraded, but when we went to make popcorn in the microwave we noticed something amiss - there was a hole were the electrical outlet should have been! That meant not only no popcorn, but no way to plug in the little refrigerator the microwave sat on! Kinda put a damper on the evening.

We spend several long weekends in Prescott every year. We're always sure to visit Whiskey Row, the plaza and downtown shops, and Granite Creek Vineyard in Chino Valley. There are plenty of hiking trails including our current favorite, the trail around Willow Lake. If you're looking for good Italian food try Papa's - its in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is just outside of town in the pines making it a nice quiet place to end a long day of exploring Prescott and the surrounding area.

We stayed here once before and thought it was a nice place. This time around it was noisy, mostly because of a tour buses that arrived both nights of our stay around 11:00pm.
