While we booked a non-smoking room, there was only a single smoking room available when we arrived. The room smelled very strongly of smoke. Our clothing and hair reeked of it when we left. The toilet did not work properly. And the room was next to some sort of machine/work room, so it was very loud from equipment and talking starting at 5 am. Breakfast was decent. Desk staff is nice!
Road trip stop in Hope, Arkansas. Always hopeful we ll find something decent. This hotel was beyond. The bed was clean and comfy w plenty of pillows. The shower was spectacular. Plenty od pressure and hot water! The only suggestion would be to not scrimp on shampoo/conditioner. Other than half filled bottles, room was fabulous!
Room was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast great, staff wonderful. Highly recommend here if you are needing an overnight rest and a good shower!

Given that I was staying here while the US was still in a pandemic situation, the amenities that were available were decent. The room was very clean and comfortable and served its purpose splendidly. I can't comment on the breakfast situation because it was pre-packaged cold items that had to be carried away (we were not permitted to sit and have breakfast there). The staff were WONDERFUL! All in all, a very pleasant stay.

We knew we were going to get in really, really late. They let us check in over the phone, our keys were waiting for us when we arrived. Every staff member was fantastic.
I stayed at this property many times about 7 years ago and this is renovated tastefully and has really friendly staff.

I'm so truly sorry for any inconvenience, sometimes when booking online the reservation does not come through as it should. Or it will say smoking in small letters on the booking site, which is why, sometimes people accidentally do book the smoking rooms. Normally we would definitely exchange the room type for a non smoking room, but that day, unfortunately, we were booked to compacity which is why we had to go with what your reservation came through as. I'm truly so so sorry for any misunderstanding. I do appreciate you still staying with us, even though it was not the room, for you.
