The staff was excellent. Especially Julie at the front desk.
I slept on lower level, there was an outside door to the parking lot, but lock didnt work right. The inside door had the dead bolt broken. It felt a little unsafe.
The pool was cold. We had a problem with the tv but moved to another room. Convenient location. Other than that everything was fine.
Location was perfect! Staff was nice and helpful when asked directions! Breakfast was amazing! Bedroom jacuzzi was awesome! And the pool, hit tub area had such a old fashion feel to it, we just loved it! If ur not some person that feels you need a high end named hotel this place was perfect!

Our swimming pool and hot tub are open 7 days a week, from 7am to 10pm. There are intermittent times when we close the pool to either clean or do maintenance. But then, its only for 30 minutes or so. I'm sorry you weren't able to enjoy those facilities!

Hi James, I'm sorry we failed to meet your expectations during your recent visit to our property. The deadbolt on that door appears to be working fine. I wish you would have brought this to our attention while you were on the property so we could have handled this right away.

Thanks We were formally Best Western Bluffview Inn & Suites. Head quarters telling us to remove all decoreated rooms and make it plain. This is Historical Town and our rooms decored as town and our Guests are coming for these Theme rooms.
