Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to museum and the square.

Very good hotel, confortable and safety for the family

The hotel is close to the main square, and within walking distance to the old town. The staff at the front desk were accommodating to me since my flight got in fairly early, and they allowed me to check in just after 9am, which was fantastic. The room was good, with a nice large entryway, almost like an apartment, not a hotel room. My room was sort of in an odd spot, with only 1 other room around behind the reception desk, so I don't know if this was typical of all rooms. The decor was decent... The furniture appeared to be almost retro, but new and clean. The bathrooms was modern, and nicely appointed. The wifi was good, and pretty fast. The only complaint I would have, is that the TV didn't work... It would turn on, but no channels. I didn't really care, since I didn't go to Prague to watch TV. I'd stay there again.

This is a nice hotel overall. Location is very convenient for sightseeing - about 10-15 min. walk to the old city. Access to public transportation is good - about 5 min. walk. Hotel amenities are good and for a major European city they probably should be considered as very good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was good and friendly. The only drawback was that free WiFi was available only in the lobby. We stayed there for 5 night and would consider doing that again.

Very close to most the big sites in Prague. Got a deal for 70 USD a night which seemed very reasonable for what we got. This price included a very nice breakfast for two each morning as well. Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke pretty good English. Only downside was that credit card was charged twice, but once I called they admitted the error and fixed it the next day. I would highly recommend and I plan on staying there again next time I visit Prague.

Enjoyed our stay at the Best Western great location for exploring the city. Staff had great reccomendations for restaurants. Friendly staff. Shower was a little difficult to maneuver and wifi only in lobby.

they claim to have an airport shuttle - what that means is they will call a taxi for you the air conditioning didn't work they said they had english speaking newspapers complimentary - not true the bar/club that they have was supposed to be open until three - it was closed they charged me twice for the mini bar, I paid cash when I checked out and then they charged my credit card internet is free - but terrible, much better at other hotels in Prague

Very nice location. Less than a 5 minute walk to one of my favorite restaurants in the city. 5 minute walk to Wensclas Square and that is the lead-in for the rest of the city. Room was clean, shower had hot water, and the elevator worked. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet but it does get crowded. If you are an early riser I recommend you be an early eater. The only issue I really had with the place was the guy behind the desk who checked us in. I mean, how cliche is it to be eastern european hotel workder and to be a complete a--hat? Sheesh. The rest of the hotel staff was nice (Petra was a doll) even if their english was limited. Bottom line: I would have no reservations (nice) staying there again or recommending it to my friends.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very easy to walk to the center of Prague from the hotel. Very clean room, clean bathroom. Nice size. Huge comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again. Only cons I can think of was that it was just a bit expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

The hotel is centrally located in the city. It was easy to walk to all the sites. The rooms were comfortable after a long day of exploring the city.

This hotel was fantastic. It is a short walk to many attractions. The room had a great view and the breakfast was unbelievable. They served such a great variety of food that there was definitely something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and staff. Breakfast was included and excellent! Only down sides were the towels were small and flimsy and we were on the first floor above the Havana club that for 2 nights was pumping dance music a little too loud.

Good location, helpful staff, free wifi and computer use. Rooms were spacious. A/C worked well. They had a really nice night club in the cellar, but it was totally empty the night I checked it out which was disappointing. The bathroom only had half a shower door so the water sprayed out onto the floor when you showered. Water pressure was much better than previous hotel I had stayed at in Prague and there was plenty of hot water. Food at the breakfast buffet was average at best and they sometimes would take away your beverages when you got up to get more food. Also they didn't have enough seating so if you didn't get there early you have to stand or share a table with strangers. Overall I would recommend the hotel and enjoyed my stay there.

Easy walking distance to anything one would want to see in Prague.

We did a lot of sightseeing and this hotel is located close to all public transport. Everything in Prague is within reach. The hotel was spotless and the staff is very friendly.

Breakfast included, many choices, won't go away hungry. Very spacious room, kept clean. Rather noisy room facing street [2nd floor]. Using tub is challenging for the impaired. Only really negative comment, smoking allowed too close to the room, could smell in the bathroom. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great but I would never use Orbitz again. They sold me a global phone card that could not be used in Prague. I had to confirm every voucher that i bought from them. When we arrived in Prague at 6am the office of Grayline was closed had to take a taxi. Grayline was nice enough to refund the taxi fare. I could have dealt with Grayine myself for attractions in Prague. At least they were efficient.

Nice hotel and close to a lot of sights

Excellent and accomodating staff, great free breakfast, beatiful rooms. I booked the cheapest room online for $92, and got $200 service. Great location to walk anywhere. I want to go back and stay more that one night.
