great shower, and close to things you might need

No problems here and I'd recommend the hotel, but I guess I should drill down. The bathroom was big, up to date, had lots of good towels, nice shower gel, and a great shower. Our room was a three person room, and when I booked it wasn't clear the third bed was a sofa pull out. I slept on it, it was fine. The TV has 14 channels, three maybe in English, also with French news and Russian along with the Czech. Our TV was weirdly fuzzy one night, we didn't bother reporting it. Bar (restaurant?) closes at midnight and we arrived at 12:05 to no possibility of buying a beer to take upstairs, in fact the night desk guy was distracted on his Bluetooth and kind of short with us. Day staff lovely. The hotel on a quiet street but a 7 minute walk or less from a big mall with everything, and a pharmacy, too. I'd go back.

Dear guest, Thank you for your comment regarding our hotel and I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. Regarding the service of the hotel Lobby Bar. Unfortunatelly the bar is open daily till midnight and reading your comment I can see that our barmans strictly adhere their working hours :-) The only solution after midnight is the minibar in the room which offer wide sortiment of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and also some snacks. We thank you for sharing your opinion with us and we hope to welcome you back soon! Just make us short advice before your arrival and we will prepare some "special beer package" for you! :-) With warm greetings from Prague

short visit

Nice hotel, well located. Professional service. 10 minutes walk to metro. I recommend it!

great room, regular breakfast, problematic internet access.

Great room, regular breakfast, problematic internet access. The location is quite good. Ten mnts to charles bridge on foot. The breakfast is too small for a buffet. I think it is a regular hotel with some additional benefits. The internet does not often work in the rooms.

great value, good location for walkers

Fairly nice hotel, quiet, old world, new bathroom, but no real garden to Kinsky Garden viewable from the place at all. Great to have free wi-fi and breakfast (interesting Czech foods too) and friendly very helpful staff. They arranged concert tickets, a 5 AM taxi and checkout, even offered to pack a breakfast. Two blocks from trams, 4-5 blocks from Charles Bridge, not far from Palace, River, Old Town. Good restaurants nearby.
