We staied there during 4 nigts. There have a very confortable rooms and Big, almost the ours. The breakfast bouffet has a lot oficina different things, fruits, different eggs...or cakes. Good. It's next the dancing house and the Moldava river. We went walking to the old city. The National Theatre is only five minuts walking.
Terrible customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. After contacting the hotel several times to make a reservation, I was told I had to make a reservation through Eurostars' global reservation center, a call center located in Spain. Over a 2 week period, I made multiple calls and given various email addresses to send a reservation request to, and basically given the run-around. My calls were often disconnected, I suspect intentionally and despite assurances that I would be contacted, was never able to even book a room. If this is the impression they give to potential customers, I dread to think what the actual hotel experience is like. I am glad I will never find out, and I will certainly stay away from Eurostars hotels from now on.
Although it was a last minute trip to Prague with high risk regarding to accommodation there, this hotel proved to be a very pleasant suprise. An astonishing buliding with very comfortable renovated rooms (marbled sink in bathroom...) and a perfect temperature feeling despite the real cold outside! Real good price for a real nice neighborhood nearby the river, at a short walking distance from historical center. They even accepted European Youth Card discount! not mine.. my girfriends' one ;-)
Room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed my one night stay at Eurostars. Location was nearby many good restaurants and wasn't too far from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Truth be told, I walked and it was pleasant. Breakfast was better than a Hotel I stayed in where I paid twice as much for one night! Well mannered staff!
I'm really not satisfactory. I deliberately booked a room with two separate double beds, I got one double bed. I asked to replace - were not replaced. They were not provided for a third morning, even though I paid for 3 nights.
Nice location. informationLady o was annoying and incompetent . Breakfast food & tables was poor need to increase more .. Anyway the hotel gives us a nice past impression ، The supposed and preferred tag for the hotel is clear especially for the first time visitor
We stayed in this hotel for four pleasant nights. Overall, very good experience. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a great deal and also very yummy with lots of choices and plenty of food. Only complaint I would have is with the doors, sometimes you had to slam it to shut and the lock was also iffy.
This is pretty cheap and has EXCELLENT location right infront of the river and a window view of Frank Gehry's Dancing House, just a 5 minute walk to the bridges and the Old Town Square. Concierge was helpfull and service was overall pretty good. I would stay here again,
stayed here for a week on a business trip, the hotel is located right next to the river and the dancing house and not far from the old town center. The rooms are pretty nice but the internet kinda sucks, the keys for the rooms come with this keychain weighing 3kg which means i had to give the key at the reception every time i was going our and then take it back, not something i liked to do all the time. the restaurant is okay-ish too so i only had breakfast there, plenty of nice restaurants closeby for other meals.
This hotel is very bright, accessible and immaculately clean. Rooms are very spacious we were on the 5th floor. Large bathroom with bath, power shower and powerful hairdryer, bathing essentials also provided. Breakfast was buffet style with different choices each morning with both hot and cold varieties so much to choose from. Hotel was central to amenities within walking distance for sight seeing for example St Cyril's church was 2 minutes away as was Dancing House. Hop on Hop off bus stop outside St Cyril's .Recommend bars just across the street on the corner for food and drink Restaurace U Matejicku and Restaurant Elements.
