Amazing hotel

Top notch service. This place is clean, nicely decorated and provides a warm home away from home feel. The bathroom is updated and clean. The kitchette has all the necessary dishes and tea kettle. The location is good. The staff is exceptional. The breakfast is wonderful. There is zero room for improvement in this hotel.

Positives - quiet, close to public transport, great breakfast. Nice staff, clean. Negative - the elevator wasn't working and this apartment is on the top floor. I lost count at 14 flights of stairs carrying 2 x 25 kg suitcases plus 2 backpacks with arthritis in my knees made this a nightmare. If the elevator has been repaired I would highly recommend it.

New, modern apartment near tram stops in Petrin

The apartment is new, modern and clean. The hosts are very helpful - as I arrived late in the evening, i was instructed to collect keys from lockbox. Next day i gave details for the reception to process the check in while enjoying the "bonus" breakfast. Honestly, breakfast is just basic (dont have high hope) though i never expect breakfast when hiring apartment. The surrounding area is quiet with tram stops nearby to get to almost anywhere in prague. The host even helps me to print my tickets so i dont have to find a local print service for it. A light err is the apartment is not very good noise cancelled. During our stay, we could hear the neighboring apartment showering and rubbing feet - i bet they might also hear us too lol. But all in all, a pleasant spacious stay for our family at a reasonable price

Average Overall- will not stay here again

The location was great. Easy access to the city throlley. 15min away walking to the epicenter. The room was good. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. I gave them a bad review because when I went to the bathroom at night barefoot I got a small piece of broken glass stucked on my foot. I had to walk with it still on my food the next day because I could not take it out. What bothers me the most is that I told the staff about it the next day and it was like if they did not care, not even bothered to offer me any assistance in removing the broken piece of glass froom my foot. Also it sucks that the reception is 10 minutes away walking on a different location.

Nice apartment but a few issues

The apartment was nice, it looks good and the bed was very comfortable. However looks aren't everything. The hot water was barely warm making showering difficult. The air conditioner didn't work and the pillows were so soft they were very uncomfortable. We spoke to the person at the reception (which is about 1.4 km away where you have to pick up the key) but they were not helpful, so I emailed them to ask for help particularly with the hot water. 2 days later they emailed back to say someone would drop in and look at the hot water. On our last day the water issued seemed to be fixed. This apartment could be amazing with a few changes, namely better service, better pillows and a more comfortable lounge. Also being able to leave the key at the premises when leaving rather than having to trek the 1.4km to drop off the key which is difficult if you are leaving early.

One of the hottest weeks in Europe isn’t the time to be in a non air conditioned apartment. We loved everything else and the management was able to bring us extra fans!! One last thing, you pickup and return the keys about 10 blocks away from the apartment.
