Great experience we were truly impressed with the hotel amenities and the service

I loved this hotel so much! The staff were splendid & always happy to answer any questions. They also gave us lovely suggestions on how to spend the day. The view from the room of the garden was beautiful & the room itself was very comfortable. I felt like I was at home. The service was just spectacular from the moment we walked in to the moment we left - I kept comparing this high quality customer service the entire trip since we left the Aria to stay on another side of town.

If you go to Prague, stay at the Aria! Great location, beautiful rooms, simple elegance, attention to detail, great staff, good food, and not overpriced.

Although the hotel was not in the Old Town, the location was perfect. A ten minute walk over the bridge gets you to the Old Town, and a little farther to the Jewish Old Area. You can also catch the tram a few blocks from hotel. In the area of the hotel are some wonderful restaurants. The hotel itself was phenomenal and truly 5 star. The staff was friendly and competent, I stayed in one of their suites overlooking the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen. The room was spotless and beautiful. There was NOTHING about this hotel that wasn't truly 5 star, and it was a wonderful stay. I will return as soon as possible to this charming place.

We stayed at the Aria in Prague for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel was perfectly located, close to all the main sights, but far enough away from the chaos in Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. The hotel was lovely and the service was excellent. It was a very memorable stay and I would definitely return to this hotel in future.

Had the Tito Puente room. Had to get on my tiptoes to see over a small window that looked out over roof tops. Breakfast was complicated with limited free choices and pay choices. Even though the breakfast staff only served us coffee, a check was issued to make sure they got a tip. Room may have been hip in the seventies but is now dated. DVD room was closed when we came back from dinner to watch a DVD (around 8:30 PM). Restaurant was empty each night we were there. For this amount of money stay in the old town square, a much better location.

This Hotel was a truly enjoyable experience and I will use this Hotel again when I make my next weekend getaway! We had the most amazing service and the Staff is a class act. Very professional and you truly feel as a valued Guest. The Concierge gave us some very good suggestions for dining out in the area. Unfortunately the Coda Restaurant was completely booked for dinner but there will be a next time.

I was a little hesitant about booking a room in this hotel when I saw the price, but I'm glad I decided to splurge. This hotel is in the best possible location. It is just a short walk away from the castle and Charles Bridge. It's also within walking distance of Old Town Square, although it is a longer walk. But the castle and the bridge were my favorite areas of the city. There are so many things to see, places to shop, and great restaurants. The room was very comfortable and modern. The free WiFi worked great. I loved listening to the playlists on the Apple TV. I didn't try the restaurant for dinner, but the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Be sure to visit the garden, and climb to the top, for a gorgeous panoramic view of the castle and city.

We were very impressed. Great central location to walk all the sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Top notch buffet breakfast and a fabulous rooftop restaurant. We truly enjoyed are stay and have already recommended it to friends.

I would highly recommend the Aria Hotel. The location, service and amenities were superb! Their attention to detail was outstanding. I will stay with them again when I come to Prague. They were helpful even before I arrived by reserving me a car to/from the airport. As a solo traveler this was very important. As soon as I arrived I received the best customer service. They gave me a tour of the hotel and a complimentary drink and sorbet. It was a lovely way to start my holiday in Prague. The location of the hotel was fantastic with a beautiful garden in the back of the hotel. Aria Hotel is easily accessible by all public transportation. It is located in the lovely old town section of with great shops, cafes and bars next door. Thank you to everyone at the Aria Hotel for making my holiday a wonderful one:)

Wonderful hotel. Enjoyed all the music touches in room.

This hotel is situated on the castle side of the Charles Bridge just doors down from the American Embassy. It's a great location. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff are almost mothering in the level of warmth and care they give you. For instance, we left earlier than breakfast time so they packed us each a sack of food to take to the airport. The night before we got back late and were able to have something delicious to eat in the restaurant "Coda" even though dinner time was long over. The breakfast at the hotel is free and offers a large selection. There's free wifi and a computer in your room too plus an ipod with a huge selection of music. The concierge gets extra credit for her efforts to assist us in every way. It was quiet enough to have the windows open at night. You'll enjoy walking up to the castle - delightful little shops and wonderful panoramic scenes await you. You'll will never regret choosing this beautiful place to stay!
