Comfortable, spacious rooms and dedicated/friendly service are guaranteed here. However, the fit and finish was more premium economy than business class, so not really 5 star material. I was also disappointed (and alarmed) by the fact a cleaner burst into my room at 8am before buzzing out again with no explanation. Very strange. Modern and well staffed, but lacking finesse.

Everything here seems to be design to impress, without offering comfort. The breakfast is like a treasure hunt, the food is spread in the four corners of a large rooms, letting you wondering where is the bread, or the coffee or the yogurt. The quality and variety of food are both poor for the 20 Euro you pay. The receptionist needs ages to check you in, you have to leave a deposit for the possible visit to minibar, if you want to pay buy debit card have to do it in advance. The room and the bed are both big, but when you have to go around furniture to switch off t he lamp, have to fight with the bed sheets which are partly under the mattress, have to fight with the bin in the bathroom, have no place for the toothbrush you end up not so happy. The worst is the noise, it is like the tram is passing through your room, every five minutes I had the urge to go close the window, even though it was closed. The noise is unbearable, I have never seen windows with no sound proof properties in a hotel. Conclusion: avoid this place at any cost.

Excellent rooms and facilities, service is fantastic and the location is great for exploring poznan. It's worth paying extra to upgrade to platinum for use of the villa lounge as you can pop in at any point

I have stayed at this hotel for my business trip in Poland. it is okay hotel comparing the standard of SPG group hotel. Staff service was not bad. Very near to the train station, location is good. Interior in not as per SPG standard.

A standard Sheraton hotel - no more no less Good location: train station is just 3min walking distance, with a big mall attached. Also around 15min walk to the old quarter of the city Good Service: the front desk is very helpful Breakfast place is small, sometimes could not find table in the morning "rush hour". Only one restaurant in the hotel also the menu is kind of small. There are one fusion restaurant and one Japanese Restaurant beside the hotel. I was there for business trip it servesedthe purpose.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always received great service, but was a little dissapointed and concerned during my stay here just after Christmas. At check in I stood by the Platinum check in desk for several minutes whilst the only member of staff on check in chatted to a guest. He kept looking at me but still continued to chat as though I was not there. At breakfast I waited several minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant was less than half full and in the end got my own table. No tea or coffee was offered and the only communication I had with a member of staff was when a waiter intrupted my breakfast to tell me the buffet was closing in 15 minutes, making it 10.58am. The club room has also gone a little downhill and the check out person looked inconvienced when I went to the desk to check out. As I said earlier, I've stayed at this hotel many many times and everything is always great, but it is worrying to have so many negative experiences during my last ate. I wonder if they have just had a change of management and are going through a cost cutting exercise.

Another major disappointment at this hotel. I came back to Sheraton Poznan on business, invited by a company that had their event there, so they booked a room for me. Checking in, I asked the receptionist if they need my credit card details for any extras and I was assured that it was not necessary. I refreshed and went down to the bar, had a glass of wine and asked for a check. Again, I asked if I can just sign the receipt to have the amount added to my bill and the lady said ‘of course’. I went back to the room and fell asleep, as I was exhausted after my travel (I flew from the US on that day). Before midnight I was woken up by a loud knock on the door. This was the waitress from the bar, who said I need to pay cash as there are no credit card details in their system. When – shocked – I asked if a 15 USD check could not have waited until the following morning, I learnt from the lady it was not possible, as they “could not close the day in their IT system in the bar”… Really hard to add anything. Avoid this hotel.

Stayed for one night en route east.lovely room.nice meal in the restaurant.polite and efficient staff - whats not to like?Have stayed there before and would recommend. Central location and secure parking.

Top floors got a lovely view. Food sooo good. Room service at a top standard. My pet was treated as well with a big pillow and a bowl. Will stay there again for 100%. Didn't have a time to try breakfast but I believe after having a lovely food for dinner it wouldn't be any less then perfect.

We stay every year for Cavaliada in the Sheraton in Poznan. As usual the hotel would receive a 4* rating. It is OK but nothing special. However this year we left our luggage with the bell boy and went out. On our return to the hotel we have been shocked to see our luggage getting packed into the car of a stranger. We immediately went to the manager and he said they are sorry and they are surprised this happened. We had valuable items in our luggage and it would have been a total disaster if the luggage would have gotten lost. This is the first time something like this ever happened to us in any hotel we visited. I was very upset about this but the management did not do anything about the whole situation except for saying that they don’t know how this could happen. People are the most important factor in every hotel but clearly Sheraton in Poznan hired the wrong employees.
