Nice place, an old factory converted in hotel. Spacious rooms and many places to eat and relax close by. There is a fitness center and a spa. Parking insede the courtyard and quite surrounding. Very recommended.
While the idea of transforming a former military camp into a hotel resort might be interesting to some, the fact that you might have to walk through miserable rainy morning weather to the breakfast room is not exactly appealing to me. The general quality of most features however makes up for the awkward architecture. The food/breakfast is generally good and the service is efficient. I have to give a big thumbs up to the owner for installing Tesla charging stations although I can't afford a Tesla myself. I just find it future-oriented and worthy of a mention. It was an overall good experience although still a far cry from a five star experience which I had so far only in Africa for a comparable price and in 4 star hotels elsewhere. Where I have to strike out the fifth star is definitely for the bed. It is not a double bed with at least a queen size mattress and a single frame. It is two half size beds with two small mattresses put together and just held together with a loose bed sheet which slides off the mattress during the night. The bed sheet does not even have those corner rubber bands to hold it in place. I found myself lying on the bare mattress every morning. I also woke up several times sliding in between the gap of the two mattresses. Very uncomfortable sleeping. Apart from that the rest is fine and I would disagree with almost all of the negative points made by others. On a side note, the Burger 88 was one of the best hotel room service burgers I've ever had.
Room was relatively large and had a nice small kitchen area for limited cooking. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room almost as soon as I would leave as I was working varied hours. All of the restaurants within the area have good quality food albeit at a premium price for what you would pay at the town square. I stayed for over 6 weeks and had multiple issues with the Television and had random channels that did not match what my travel partner had and the Tech personnel never did seem to fix it and largely just forgot about it. Mateusz Kazmierczak went out of his way to address any issues that we had while there and even created a few local guide tours in PDF format for myself and an additional one for my wife and children to use while they were there. Very personable and upbeat individual that was really trying to make the experience a great one. All of the staff was wonderful, but he stood out.
A five star hotel with all the aminities around the building. Spa is really nice, swimming pool is excellent and with warm temperature. The staff are all very very friendly, particularly Lesek goes extra mile to help us.
I took cream pasta. Well served, good taste. The place is located in old fashioned building, built from the red brick, which provides a specific nice atmosphere inside. I was there during the week and the place was pretty crowdy. They also offer outside premises to sit during the warm days. In general I enjoyed visiting this place and liked its' atmosphere. To sum it up, most of times this is a place to have a beer a guess, so many people was doing at the time I was there :)
very nice and clean hotel, [perfect to stay for a weekend or even longer spacious rooms, perfect equipped, modern decorated there is clean and relaxing wellness zone with sunchairs, saunas, swimming pools, gym etc. the only disadvantage is the distance from the center, you have to take a taxi
It's been my first time to CityPark. It's situated near city center in old military buildings which makes it very unique from outside. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The rooms size were more then enough. My room has god even the windows with blinds on the roof. There was even a small kitchen and a large bathroom. The bed mattress was the only minus in the room. There was king size bed and the two mattresses (instead of one) simply slide from each other. There is no need to go away from Citypark district, as it's got all that you need. Very good restaurants: Cuccina (fabulous breakfasts), Slon, Mielzynski (with very good wines). There is also a very good whiskey bar just on the other side of the hotel. A good one
I have been to this hotel 10 times over the last 3 years and it never fails . The staff are very helpful and friendly . The rooms are perfect. The choice of eating and drinking are all within easy steps from the main hotel complex. I would recommend this to anyone . Family or Business. 1 night or 1 month always very good . Always a pleasure. Richard Lindoe .
One night stay with two young children. Receptionist extremely friendly, very welcoming. Moved our room so we didn't need to walk far and repark car with our kids. Very nice hotel and room. Clean, modern. Lovely bathroom and kitchenette. Good beds (only disappointment was lumpy pillows and, in my opinion, pillows that were too high for kids). Kids body wash and shampoo plus a lollipop left for us. Had read previous review about closing ceiling blinds so were spared an early morning wake up, otherwise wouldn't have thought of it. When we arrived we were asked if we needed an extra bed for our kids. As we did (and our room had been moved) a call was immediately made to housekeeping. It took a while for them to come, but when they did they were friendly and efficient. I would more explicitly state bedding requirements if booking again. It is in a complex with restaurants and a casino. Parking 40z a day. Would happily stay again and would probably like to stay longer! Can't comment on location for proximity to centre, but a bit of a drive from the motorway... but was worth it!
One of a few good standard, peaceful, quiet, clean and honest hotels. Situated in a residential area with numerous restaurants surrounding the hotel complex. Rooms are large with kitchenette, quiet, and no neighbour noise creep. Staff helpful. Far better than most 5 star hotels who could learn from this one.
