A gorgeous sunroom offers beautiful views of the tree-lined backyard and opens to the back terrace, creating an effortless indoor/outdoor flow. Step out to the paver patio to find the luxe outdoor kitchen. Cook out on the grill or perfect your serve at the private tennis court, which includes a basketball goal.

Inside, ample entertaining space abounds with multiple sitting areas and living rooms - complete with wood-burning fireplaces and large TVs. Find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, which features upscale stainless steel appliances like a French-door fridge and a six-range gas oven. Two kitchenettes - one in the downstairs efficiency suite - make it easy to prepare tasty meals for your entire group.

Each well-appointed bedroom promises a restful stay. Find quiet privacy in the upstairs primary suite, which boasts an office nook, a sitting area with a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity.

Security camera details: This home has a doorbell camera and four exterior security cameras. One is on the garage facing the driveway and entrance gate. One is overlooking the front door/yard area, one is at the side of the house, and one is at the back of the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
