Villa Leoni is perched on high and affords a similar spectacular outlook for its guests. The villa is situated in one of the most beautiful and fashionable areas of Positano, the little town on the Amalfi Coast universally known for its uniqueness and beauty. The villa is a typical Positano structure, one that perfectly melds the influence of Byzantine architecture with the skillful hands of local Italian masters. Arches, vaults and niches interlace on the pastel blue-sky majolica tiles. The view is breathtaking: spacious balconies and verandas face the multicolored sea.

The outdoor terrace on the ground level: a large jacuzzi for 4 people to refresh on a hot summer day with a shower integrated into a stone-clad wall amidst the splendid flora of the Mediterranean; a stunning new solarium area with a picturesque view of the sea and Positano, complete with sunbeds situated adjacently to the jacuzzi. This recently added Jacuzzi replaces the pool.

An English speaking manager is on call.

Included in the price: Four hours cleaning per day with change of linen twice a week on Saturday and Wednesday (on request also every day with an extra payment), heating, air conditioning, electricity

Available upon request and at additional cost: Porter service (payable locally), extra maid service, local cook, food delivery, babysitting, cot and high chair

Villa Leoni is comprised of two floors, and is surrounded by gardens and terraces. The living room is very luminous and is furnished with comfortable sofas, a large dining table, a wide flat-screen satellite television, and DVD player. From here is direct access to the panoramic veranda/terrace. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the villa and the gardens. The kitchen adjacent to the sitting room is of a professional quality and extremely well equipped (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster). If you desire, the services of a cook can be arranged for an entire day, or for a special event. Please inquire at time of booking.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms (with either a king or queen bed), all furnished in a Mediterranean style and all different, offering sea views from a small balcony. Each bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom (4 with shower and one with a whirlpool bath), a safe, autonomous air-conditioning, a mosquito net, and iPod docking station.

It is possible to reach the little beach below Villa Leoni in a few minutes. The beach offers a small eating establishment and a fine area for swimming. The center of Positano is just one kilometer from the residence and can comfortably be reached by public transport or, easily enough, by a short walk of about ten minutes. Bus stops to Amalfi or Sorrento located on the main road, Sorrento 25 Km, Amalfi 15 Km, Ravello 21 km, Pompei 55 Km. Airports: Naples 70 Km, Rome (Fiumicino) 330 Km.
