Cosmopoli La Darsena a spacious three-room apartment, located on the third floor of a building in Piazza Cavour, one of the most elegant and peaceful areas of Portoferraio in the historic centre. The property enjoys a splendid sea view over the Gulf of Portoferraio, the furnishings are modern and comfortable. The nearest beaches are Le Viste, Le Ghiaie, Capo Bianco and Padulella, splendid white shingle beaches characterized by crystal clear water, with beach clubs, bars and restaurants. The town center offers many attractions, including shops, elegant boutiques, bars and restaurants, which remain open even during the warm summer evenings. Well connected by public transport to reach the other places on the island. It has no private parking, but the public parking are about 600/700 meters away. A few steps from the house there is a large paid parking, free from 8 pm to 8 am.
La Darsena is a spacious three-room apartment characterized by modern and comfortable furnishings.
