The Neighborhood:
You will be in the heart of downtown Porto, where culture and gastronomy take center stage!

The street is surrounded by monuments, cafés, bars, and restaurants. There are numerous tourist attractions, so we recommend planning your days carefully to ensure you don’t miss anything.

We suggest a stroll along Avenida dos Aliados, shopping on Rua das Flores, and to end your day beautifully, dinner at Ribeira with a stunning view of the Douro River and Gaia’s pier!

You can also enjoy the beaches of Foz do Douro, just 7 km away.

Getting Around:
We leave our guests at ease, but we are available whenever they need us.

Other Things to Note:
Key collection is done at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon consultation.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.

We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (price upon consultation).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
