Bus number 500 is a great option to explore the city's riverside. It starts at São Bento Station, following the path through Ribeira, along the Douro River waterfront, Foz, the beaches of Matosinhos, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find a variety of fish dishes and typical products from northern Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A late check-out without prior authorization will incur a fee of 200€ per hour.
If you lose your key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon consultation.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow access for an inspection of the property. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.

This apartment was centrally located in Porto, within walking distance to mass transit, restaurants, and many local attractions. it had all the amenities expected, was very cleaned at the staff extremely helpful.

Les photos peut être belle ! Mais ça ne correspond pas du tout…. adresse indiquée ne correspond pas,l’appartement est derrière celle ci. Une ruelle sombre où tous les soirs il y a une queue pour distribution de soupe populaire !!! Et c’est pas tout il y une boîte de nuit pas à côté mais accolé ! On se croirait à l’intérieur toute la nuit et les clients fument sous nos fenêtres qui est l’entrée.!!!Appartement ou les ouvertures avec vue désastreuse ! Des locataires très bruyants la nuit .Il sent la javel mais n’est pas nettoyé correctement…. Vmc très sale, le sol collait …Beurkh! On a pas mangé à l’intérieur cela dégoûte…..

Ein prima Apartment, sehr zentral gelegen. Ein Problem: Freitags und Samstags wummert die Disko aus dem Nachbarhaus sehr stark. Wir wurden vom Vermieter nochmal drauf hingewiesen, leider ging die Mail bei uns unter. Im Bad waren viele Tierhaare an der Wand. Einige Dinge waren etwas kaputt. In der Küche haben ein paar Gegenstände gefehlt, die man normalerweise hat.
