When a traditional Portuguese 60-square-meter, two-bedroom apartment on Rua das Flores, recently renovated like this one, presents itself in front of you, it means one thing: you will have a genuine experience in the beautiful city of Porto.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with two single beds; a living room with kitchenette, with direct view to the Flores' Street. You'll also be able to enjoy all the necessary amenities, including high-speed Internet and Air-conditioning.

The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs.

The Neighborhood:
It is located in the pedestrian area of Rua das Flores, one of the most characteristic streets of the charming city of Porto. It is situated:

400 meters from the Ribeira; 350 meters from the Mercado Ferreira Borges and Palácio da Bolsa; 400 meters from Avenida dos Aliados; 350 meters from São Bento station; 400 meters from the Igreja dos Clérigos.
On the street, you will have access to: Supermarkets, Craft and Jewelry Shops, Cafés, Restaurants (like LSD or Traça), Puppet Theater, and Museum.

São Bento Station (Train or Metro) is a 5-minute walk away.

Other Things to Note:
The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a fee will apply (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be subject to consultation.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package costs of €190. If this limit is exceeded, the guest will be charged for the excess amount.

The tenant agrees that, whenever requested by the host, they will allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.

If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
