My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week during last January. The staff was courteous and helpful, the room was neat and spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is perfect for walking tours around Porto, since it is close to the Ribeira (the river front), the main historical sites and the Sao Bento train station.

We were really enjoing with this hotel - every service was provided at highest europeian level. We plan to stay there again at our next trip.

stopped in this nice hotel en route from Lisbon to tour northern Portugal location somewhat outside prime tourist area (tho easily walkable) was fine for our purposes clean and comfortable with helpful staff attached restaurant was convenient and fully adequate

Beautifully decorated hotel, very comfortable room, very fast wi-fi network. It is difficult to drive to this hotel, close to narrow streets. Some signs would be usefull. The staff is very friendly.

I was a great experience of staying! Hotel was very traditional, humble and clean! The stuff are also kind and qualified.

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary in Porto and stayed at Infante de Sagres. A wonderful value for its price: the rooms are beautiful and romantic, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is very generous. The location is also really good; just a few minutes away from most of the best sights of the city, and a couple of minutes away from metro station Aliados (the metro is btw very cheap and very simple to use, a metro employee can help you at the airport). All in all a great experience!

This hotel seemed like an interesting option in this price range, but I would not call it a five star experience. It was good for the price we paid, but some issues with the room (bathroom smelled) and the attitude of the staff took away from that experience.

Overall, it was a good place to stay. My wife and I would stay there again.

From the welcoming glass of Porto as "We get acquainted with each other" to the General Manager who patrols the property with a keen eye, to the desk clerks who offer helpful dining and sightseeing tips, it was a magnificent experience.

We had an early wake up to get to the airport and the staff made coffee and breakfast for us at 5:15am.
