This charming 92m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living room boasts a homely sofa perfect for relaxation, a TV for catching up on your favorite shows, and a dining table. With its warm atmosphere and abundant natural light, the space feels inviting and comfortable.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other handy utilities. The space opens to a private backyard.

Upstairs are two ensuite bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony, providing a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Additionally, a third area in a mezzanine is accessible via a wooden staircase and features two single beds together that we prepare as a double bed. If you prefer the setup as 2 single beds please ask us. All beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.

Please note that the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible via narrow stairs and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The bathroom has everything you need to refresh, including towels and toiletries.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before you arrive.

While the property is on the ground floor, please note that stairs are required to access all bedrooms.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This charming property is surrounded by some of the city's most popular attractions. Just a short walk away, guests can visit the iconic Livraria Lello and the impressive Torre dos Clérigos. After a day of sightseeing, guests can enjoy a delicious meal at nearby restaurants such as Capa Negra II and Restaurante Abadia do Porto. With its great location, this property is the perfect base for exploring all that Porto has to offer.

Situated just a 7-minute walk from Carolina Michaelis station and a 9-minute walk from Lapa station, it offers convenient access to public transportation.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
