This delightful 200 m2 two-storey property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 8th floor and has lift access.

It is designed with modern and elegant décor, with tall windows and minimalist furniture, providing a peaceful and charming place to relax. The interior features a tastefully furnished and open layout with a welcoming living area, a TV, and a cosy seating area, a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.

The open-concept kitchen has all the essentials for preparing tasty meals, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher and a washing machine are added for extra comfort.

There are four beautiful bedrooms. Two master bedrooms each have a comfortable queen bed, a support desk, plenty of storage space, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom features a double bed and an ample wardrobe. And the fourth bedroom has a comfortable single bed and a large desk for work.

The shared bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

A lovely sunroom with a charming table makes the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and the sunlight.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Avenida da República in Matosinhos is a central thoroughfare that blends urban life with coastal charm. Stretching from the city centre to the beachfront, this avenue is lined with a mix of modern architecture and traditional Portuguese buildings. It's a hub of activity, featuring a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants that cater to both locals and visitors. The avenue's strategic location provides easy access to key attractions, making it a convenient starting point for exploring the city's offerings.

Just a short walk from Avenida da República, visitors can enjoy the expansive Matosinhos Beach, known for its golden sands and surf-friendly waves. The nearby Mercado Municipal de Matosinhos offers a glimpse into the local culinary scene, with fresh seafood and produce available daily. For those interested in architecture and culture, the Casa da Arquitectura showcases beautiful design exhibitions. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Matosinhos Sul, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
