The vacation cottage is well finished and has spacious and cozy interiors, furnished in a classic, simple and neat style. The entrance is into a spacious living room with dining room, TV, fireplace and kitchenette.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. Available in the house is a single cot for free use, providing the eighthbed.
Villetta Stella Graziana is completed by 1 shower room. Outside there is a laundry room equipped with second bathroom.

Villa Stella Graziana is a vacation villa located just 100 meters from the sea, in La Strea locality, a very quiet residential area, very close to the center of Porto Cesareo and the most beautiful beaches of Salento.
The center of Porto Cesareo is just 2.5 km away. The beaches with the most famous equipped lidos are about 4 km away. Also less than 2 km away is the small and characteristic beach of Torre Squillace. Sant`Isidoro is also very close.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Noleggio Biancheria opzionale (asciugamani e lenzuola) al prezzo di euro 20 per persona a settimana.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
- OBBLIGO di differenziare e smaltire i rifiuti. In caso contrario verrà trattenuta una penale di euro 80 fino a 10kg di rifiuti, + euro 50 per ogni kg aggiuntivo.
