The downstairs apartment of Villa Buenavista is a self-contained and independent solution in Torre Lapillo, a cool and spacious 8-bed vacation home for relaxing stays a few meters from the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast.
The house is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, smart TV, hair dryer, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, gratings and mosquito nets, kitchen with electric oven etc.
Outdoor spaces equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower. Pets allowed.

The apartment is developed on the lower floor of a villa of two units, independent of each other. A convenient staircase leads to the lower floor, where the house is developed.
The outdoor spaces are furnished with table and chairs, barbecue, washing machine, washbasin. The garden is a quiet place to spend pleasant moments in the open air, away from the hustle and bustle just a few minutes` walk from the sea.
The entrance to the house is into a large living room with open kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, 1 comfortable double sofa bed, and dining room. The living room is air conditioned.
The sleeping area consists of 3 spacious and cozy bedrooms, two of which are double and one twin with single beds.
The apartment is completed by 2 modern shower rooms, plus an outdoor shower.
All windows are equipped with grilles and mosquito nets.

The area is also perfect for hiking enthusiasts, with the nearby beaches of Porto Cesareo and the Porto Selvaggio Nature Reserve offering breathtaking natural scenery and nature trails.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
