The interior of the apartment consists of entrance hall living room joined to the kitchen , sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, one triple and one double, separated by air-conditioned hallway, and 1 shower room.
The
vacation house is adjacent to another vacation house, from which it is
totally independent, united only by a gate that connects the exteriors.
Together they form the complex Villetta Mare Fuori.

The small villa in which the apartment is located is in an area of Torre Lapillo just 250 meters from the sea and beaches,
but also from the center of the lively village of Porto Cesareo, among
the most popular destinations for vacations in Salento.
In Torre
Lapillo there are all the main services, long beaches with equipped
lidos, restaurants and bars, the ancient 16th-century lookout tower that
houses the environmental eduction center, where cultural events are
often held.
The solution is ideal for spending days at the beach
with the convenience of having the main services, stores, restaurants,
local fruit markets within a few minutes` walk.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
